1801 Capps Landing Opelika, AL 36804......I was on a extended stay in Huntsboro Alabama. When I found myself needing to flee from a attack on my life. I did not know where to go for that night...... I was in a taxi. I saw The Holiday Inn Express and I ask the driver to drop me there. I am a reward member and I would find safety there. Did know that a Homecoming event was more important than my life. I cried for help and I explain my situation and told the clerk that I also was on dialysis and I would need a room I was willing to pay but not a homecoming fee I was not there for the game I was there for safety . They treated me badly I had no sympathy for me ? I took the room because I had no choice I had no car did not know where I was all I need to know is how to get to the airport and grooms pick me up I spoke to the manager D Brooks and I wrote the email to the general manager Terrie McConnell and they respond badly or one did not respond at all.

I've had Microsoft email accounts for over a decade and generally find the services to be reliable. Security is decent in Outlook and the spam feature usually works. The interface can take a little while to get used to but is fairly easy to navigate. Overall with the service and will continue to use for the foreseeable future.

Today I went to Barnes and Noble at the Christiana Mall in Newark de and had an unpleasant experience with the employees Tristian. I ordered my books online and then went into the store. He books at the store came up higher than online so I informed the employee Tristan of that. She did however match the price because she said it was built into the system.She then asked if I had a membership with them I said I did and provided her with the my phone number. I took the books and receipt and left. I went outside the bookstore and noticed that I did not get discounted for my books. Yet it discounted me on the original amount.”” I went back in the store to explain and she seemed confused so she then started speaking to the manager about the situation, the manager walked over never saying anything to me just watching me and Tristan go back and forth. During this time I was remaining calm so I said I will return the items and you can ring them up individually n then price match and I will provide u my membership number, the manager walked away all I could do was shake my head. Tristan said we can not use ur membership if we are going to price match. I said that can not be true if you did it the first time but because u didn’t give it to me on the lower amount is why we are even having this discussion. I immediately knew I was not going anywhere in this situation and just walked out the store I was appalled 😳 I just look the price up on Amazon and will be getting it from there. I was really bothered at the time because I still try and support the bookstore but with this type of treatment which I never experienced before I won’t be back here not when those two ladies are working. Why would I have a membership if I can not use it that seems weird..

I used to have T-online Magenta but was moving and at my new address there was no sufficient bandwidth for T-Online. I selected Vodafone and regret ever since. Hardware is rubbish and the service is even worse. I have never seen anything like it. The so called "technical Support" hasn't got a clue what they are talking about. They cannot think logically and just give some idiotic explanation for the service failure. They think that customers are stupid and believe everything. Call 5 times and 5 times you will receive complete different answers from arrogant and moreover ignorant agents that just sit there to collect their paycheck. The management of this company which is not addressing these issues should be ashamed!! NEVER AGAIN!

I attempted to work with this company. They have failed to provide advertised service. In summary:1. We made an appointment to pay more money and purchase additional services. The person with whom I made the appointment was not professional and kept saying AXE instead of ASK. He scheduled me for a time and date, but never sent any calendar invite, and nobody contacted me on the appointment date/time. I was unable to schedule a follow up appointment, they replied with irrelevant comments and closed the ticket.2. They advertise a 1 day response time, multiple tickets I have created received no reply to my inquiry and were closed.3. They suspended the account without explaining why. I attempted to find out why but no reply was given. Only copy-paste robotic replies.In summary, trying to work with this company is less effective than having a conversation with a wall. It is impossible to contact anyone competent.

Placed clothing order on May 4 for business attire needed for trip beginning May 21. One of 2 items arrived perfectly on time and I'm pleased with look and fit. Other item to be shipped separately. Fine. To arrive May 10. Still fine. On May 17 I realized I was running out of time and gave up waiting. Bought similar item at Belk for HALF the price. Macy's won't cancel their order because, they say, it has shipped. But info at tracking number says it has NOT shipped and estimated arrival date is still May 10...which was 9 days ago. Called, couldn't get through to a human. Chatted with an IDIOT, probably a bot, no luck. Worthless customer service!

I will change to gmail! I got logged out of my account! I had a 2 step verification on to where i did not have the first phone number But had the second Phone which i called customer service from. Not only did i had to pay the premium service ......She also told me that in order to access my account i would have to pay 12 Dollars! Like bloody hell iam. I was able to provide all the security questions and you wont give me my account. Well i did end up remembering the password and got in. I will be switching soon, Have to change every accpount i have since i was a loyal customer of yahoo for years but after this no thank you. Should have listend to my husband and switch to gmail a long time ago.

Scammers! Campbell Bookstore sent me a $4 book instead of the $64 book I ordered. Then sent a torn up copy of the book I ordered. I sent both back and still have not received a refund and Allan Campbell (owner) will not answer my emails after receiving the return items. It’s been 3 months and nothing.
