Review of lego

Inaccurate ghost shipping scans

Lego send you an email to say the item has been despatched, when in reality all they have done is advise DPD of the future despatch. They haven't actually dispatched the item. This is known as a ghost scan, and is very bad and misleading practice.I have been waiting over 2 days now from my ghost scan for lego to actually dispatch the item, and they have not yet. And customer service don't reply to email.AVOID!!

Review of jimdo

Expensive and same old flaws

Expensive. Not worth what I'm paying for a pro subscription... Tools outdated. It's been looking the same for the past 5 years I personally used it. Gallery tool in particular is awful to say the least. Never upload all the photos. Sometimes a gap shows through and it's so slow. Should have been implemented long ago besides a few other things. Jimdo 's strength is that's probably the most user friendly at the moment for building a website from scratch all by yourself with a click and drag interface. And that's why I've been upgrading but I'm not happy of the prices going up for the same flawed system. Support never came back to me about this and again, I'm a paying subscriber .

Joke

For a firm that is meant to be offering a service with reviews, you are a joke. We have been waiting 9 months, 9 months! to get a response to an issue about reviews not being shown. You have received evidence on more than one occasion and never acted on it, yet allowed someone we have no association with leave us a 1 star review which you won't remove!

Not friendly at Madrid store

Not friendly at Madrid store. They did not give me my Global Blue tax form even though I asked and she clearly knew what I was asking for. It was not for much, but still disappointing. The guard at the door looked us over like we were criminals. Not sure why, as we are average looking folks.

Review of BBC

Completely biased news

Completely biased news. They promote far left ideologies whilst labelling the general public "far right" if they disagree with the marxist agenda currently being pushed by the mainstream media. They are no longer impartial and people see through the propaganda.

Review of BBC

I would give it no stars.

I would give it no stars but, unfortunately, that isn't possible. As far as I can see, when it's not actually downright lying, it is little more than egregious propaganda and, at best, it is full of half-truths and lies by omission.Rarely is hard evidence of anything produced to back up their 'news', they just tell us something is true and expect everyone to believe it.Once you know how the propaganda game works it ceases to have any effect on you (apart from making you angry). Once you've had your eyes opened, you can never again see the world as they want you to see it. It's game over for the BBC - people are waking up in droves.

Crafting community

I've been a member of Ravelry since 2009. This is a warm, welcoming and inclusive community of knitters, crocheters and spinners. You will find more than 200 categories of patterns, over 200,000 of them free! You can buy patterns, but you don't have to spend a penny to enjoy the site and it's forums.

Review of jotform

I've received terrible service from the…

I've received terrible service from the Jotform support team. Currently I am:- Paying for a service that I can't use- Because I can't access my account- Having gone around in circles with support- Having them upgraded my ticket to 'priority', but waited 2 and a half weeks with no resolution (and not an end in sight)- Wasting my time in follow up and stalling our progressI have basically accepted that all the forms I created have now been lost (about 10 forms, each with 100 or so fields), and that I must start again from scratch. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Especially if you think you will need support. ------------------------------------------------------UPDATE: Apparently being unable to login to my account or create forms *doesn't warrant a refund or pause in subscription*------------------------------------------------------UPDATE 2: Problems aren't resolved yet, but they have refunded the initial payment (awaiting to see if the subscription is cancelled/paused too).------------------------------------------------------UPDATE 3: Over a month has passed, and I have not heard from Jotform again since they said that they marked it as a priority with their developers two weeks ago.

Review of asus

I hope you read this before you start…

I hope you read this before you start ordering your Asus product! This means you did some research and it is not yet too late!Asus is the only company in the world (to my knowledge) and as a consultant, I easily order a thousand hardware products per year, that don't respect their Warranty Terms!Normally you buy a laptop from a retailer or directly from the manufacturer, you start up, for example, the laptop and see that the warranty began to run 14 months ago (that is the day the product was built or shipped out). You then send the invoice to the manufacturer (proof of purchase) and they correct the warranty date to the day of purchase, this is how it goes with every single company in the world. From Lenovo to Gigabyte and from NVIDIA to Apple. How could you otherwise smell that an Asus router in the box has almost no factory warranty left because it was sitting on the shelf for 20 months? Even though it says 36 months warranty on your special router box and you receive a VIP card with it, which tells you to claim the extra warranty as Asus is fake! Why as I have the Asus email and chats to show, you only get a warranty through the retailer never through Asus, as I will show in a second, Asus even claims that they never ship any product to Amazon with any warranty to begin with. I called Amazon and they didn't even know what they were talking about and are now investigating the matter. Read the countless forum post about Asus and warranty and you know you are in for a treat, Asus is not better in any department to make it worth the headache to buy any of their products when warranty claiming will be the worse warranty claiming experience in the world. Here is the Asus correspondence so you can see it for yourselves.1.Dear...Thank you for your email. In my previous email, you were provided with instructions on how to update the warranty period for your purchased router. However, it is important to note that as this product was acquired through Amazon, it is probable that Amazon obtained the router from our distributor without a warranty, which allowed for a more economical pricing arrangement.Additionally, I wish to clarify that we, as the manufacturer, do not directly process warranty claims for routers. Such claims should always be addressed through the store of purchase, which, in this case, is Amazon.Should you encounter any issues necessitating a warranty claim, kindly reach out to Amazon for resolution. If, by chance, Amazon provides only a 2-year warranty period, it would be best to engage in a discussion with them regarding this matter. It is crucial to understand that your purchase agreement was established with Amazon, not directly with us. Consequently, our responsibility to honor the warranty, if applicable, lies solely with Amazon itself.Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Should you have any further inquiries or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.Kind Regards,Asus Holland Bv.Registreer productTel NL: 0031 (0) 591 570290Tel BE: 078 - 150 231Asus Technical Support Site: Then you try different Asus support. On the chat, I got the direct message:Amazon does not buy routers from us with a Warranty so we won't change the warranty in our systems 2023/07/1809:45:15.... Do you have any more questions?3. Your VIP Card 36 months warranty is only for the USA. I said the card is written in my native language so it should apply here then right? No, the retailer already gets 36 months from us where you live! So why not update my warranty to 36 months then if the retailer gets it? Why can Amazon then only give 24 months and do the router box and VIP card say to claim the extra warranty directly contact Asus?!Never trust this company they contradict and don't follow their warranty policy, I am happy because I found this bs out when I could still ship the router and my brand-new Asus motherboard back and before I ordered the Asus router for multiple companies!Be warned and look somewhere else.

Review of WordPress

I am critical - and they pass my test.

I don’t pull any punches. If a company sucks, I owe it to my credibility and audience to say so. WordPress is the only service I fully trust to host my platform and in an age where it matters, I always can count on them to go above and beyond.

Review of vrbo

No Refunds on international travel is VBRO policy

Refund policy designed to fail:We are due a refund from a 4 night stay in Romania where the host never provided access to the unit.(scam?) VBRO's policy states"Your bank account’s currency type must match the transfer’s currency type. Mismatched currencies cannot be transferred."This means that to access a refund you are required to have bank account in a different currency than your home county. VBRO refuses to reimburse the credit card that we paid with and insists it must be a bank account in the currency of their choosing. ( our bank would gladly do the conversion but VBRO insists that the account MUST be in the other currency). Moreover the account had to have been in operation at the time of travel. This feel like a fraud to me. So you need to have a bank account in the currency of each county you travel to or VBRO will not process refunds.
