DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS DIRECT FROM THE LOGITECH WEBSITE!!I am just posting this provisional warning about Logitech which, until now, has been a brand you can trust, not anymore!I ordered a K650 Keyboard+M650 Mouse from Logitech's website.Straight 'out of the box', the Keyboard was faulty, several keys would stick down and not pop up. I contacted Support to initiate a refund and was told 'Sales' would contact me by email to supply the return details and postage label. After two follow-up calls by me, no one from Sales has contacted me. I will update this post when/if this dreadful customer service actually responds.

Avoid this website

Avoid this website. They will charge you for their "free trial" and then tell you that they don't issue refunds. I was charged $19 and they only give me a $10 refund. I wish I had read reviews before I signed up with them.

Shocking company

Shocking company They charge you $2.50 to the send out the billPlus an extra $2.75 to pay it with cash.Then each bill they lecture you saying you should save paper! Telstra should just focus on the service and cut out the rest :(
