I’ve been using iPhone since 2016 and was quite happy with the overall experience, software and security. It’s been around a year that I feel all this has changed drastically. For the time being the security is still good but everything else has been terribly downgraded. Too many bugs all the time with all apps. You think one is gone but it’s only replaced by another. The sign-in prompt for public wifi takes more than 60 seconds as opposed to before. Banking apps become non responsive more often than it would be acceptable. And that’s just scratching the surface. I’m trying an Android phone and liking it much more. Same hardware and power but 1/3 of the price. What happened to you Apple?

This place is a scam, they steal your money. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.I ordered a furniture item in February 2022 (wardrobe). Biggest mistake ever. The item was of poor quality and defective, so it could not even be assembled properly. I contacted customer service for a refund, first of all, they made me disassemble it and fit it back into the original box which took me hours but that's fine. Item was picked up within the next several days but to this day I DID NOT RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK. It is May! It's been 3 months.I contacted their customer support through the chat several times and all they can give me is empty promises. They have been withholding my money for months, and I don't even believe they'll refund me.It is not just $10, it is $216. Never again I will buy anything from this place.

In the past, I have used all the best SEO plugins including Yoast and AIOSEO but I was never really satisfied with them. I did some research and found a new WordPress plugin called Rank Math SEO that received many 5 star ratings. I downloaded the free version and within about an hour, I was so impressed I upgraded to the Pro version. Rank Math was very light on resources and offered many other features not found with the competitors. My website load times became much faster and my Google and Bing rankings improved by about 20%. Rank Math in my opinion has no competition and has worked wonders for my website presence on the internet. Also, their tech support is incredible. Thank you Rank Math!

Worst company I have ever ever dealt with, seriously.I have been a customer for 5 years, and the standard of tech support and functionality has just gone down and down as the prices have gone up and up. They do not care at all about the customers using the software and spend all their energy and money in creating conferences and marketing whilst leaving the actual software to rot.They keep adding stuff into the existing software that makes it completely unusable as nothing is intuitive any more as its just been added on and not slotted in.I would have left a 18 months ago when they started advertising my competitors to my paying customers and soliciting their intro deals to the people I had spent a great deal of effort getting to use the app, all so they could take a cut of the intro offers sold via the app (apparently this is helping as its Mindbody bringing in the customers and in no way the studio owners) but I was worried about the transfer of clients who are on contracts, but after this latest price increase (going from £120 to £320 a month in the last 18 months) I will take the financial hit. Despicable company, avoid like the plague.

I ordered a caramel color couch they sent me the wrong color (curry velvet). I immediately called the customer service line and spoke with 2 representatives to let them know it was a mistake. They said they will send me a return shipping label and I have to return to shipping company. I then told them both that the couch weighs over 200 lbs how do you expect me to return, and this is why we ordered in the 1st place (free shipping). They begin to tell me several times to keep it and well just send out the one you ordered. Well, it never came instead they sent me a return label for the item I never received but ordered. I spent the next 5-6 hours on the phone dealing with this not to get anywhere but to find out it seems like a big scam because they now said, you can keep the wrong item since you now don't have the box it came in (because of them) for return ad well give you 20% off. I told them this was problem began with and I originally wanted to return wrong item but they kept telling me to keep it. So now they can't refund my money because it does not have the box I got rid of it when they said to keep it several times. I felt weird so I tried contacting the corporate using a different number asking to speak with somebody who is in charge of this stuff. This new girl said oh it looks like you got the correct item (keep in mind I have sent them pictures of the wrong item in & out of the box) apparently there manufacturer calls it something different. All of this is BULL according to my order receipt of purchase it clearly states I ordered a Carmel color couch and accordingly to the wrong items box it states it's curry velvet. Even the wrong item box has different measurements then what I ordered. Now they won't refund my money unless I return the wrong item but that can't be done without a box which was thrown away because they told me to keep it. weeks ago. So my only option is to get a discount of only 20% on a couch I never ordered. HELP PLEASE I'm also going to contact elder scams, US military as I'm a US retired Maries wife who's husband just passed, ad local news affiliates to help investigate. This is a complete scam and they need to be contacted.

Right let's get this very straight, victoria secret online sales is a scam! I ordered underwear for one of my girlfriend's Christmas presents. What I received was, quite simply, a joke.....the cheapest tube of lip gloss that probably cost about 10 pence to manufacture. When I sent an email to complain the reply stated that I had to return the 'lipgloss' to the USA at my expense!Now, during the winter months, I am extremely busy with my restaurant and therefore have only just found time to write this review. As victoria secret are pretty much unable to answer their emails correctly, I am in little doubt that they will be unable to give a response to this review. As you read the reviews on Trustpilot it is very evident that this scam is common from victoria secret online sales and people need to be aware of it! DO NOT BUY FROM VICTORIA SECRET ON-LINE.....BE WARNED!!!
