I loved the app until I started transferring bitcoin. I made a small withdraw to test my wallet and bank connections as my goal was to start trading on a much larger scale. I withdrew $100 of bitcoin, and unbeknownst to me I was charged .005 bitcoin for the transaction fee. That is $50 to withdraw $100. I contacted customer support and got the runaround and told it was my fault. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused theee times. Then was told it would be escalated internally. I waited and 24 hours later the support specialist sent me a message meant for another customer, by accident. When I asked about the case he yet again said it was my fault but the fee is the same no matter what size transaction I submit. Like that was a way to solve the problem. And yet again refused to allow me to speak to the supervisor. I told them I would leave the platform and trade on Strike or Kraken, and make sure to leave a bad review for the disrespect and ridiculously large fees. And at that point the decide to let me talk to a supervisor. What a complete joke! This platform used to be great. But got too big for their own good! Trust me there are other platforms that won’t treat you this way or charge you fees like crypto.

I have used this website for several designs in the past and to be honest it just keeps getting better. If you know or even if you don't know what you want, they allow you to have complete control of your design, but have amazing prompts to help you along the way. I knew that I wanted something more sophisticated and luxury but until I saw it I wouldn't have been able to tell someone what that looked like! 99 designs allowed me to receive lots of different interpretations of creativity and ultimately I fell in love with the very first design submitted. All the designers were polite and helpful and I appreciate all the work put in! Will use this website time and time again for sure!

I have had clover for 4 months. The company will boast a 1.7% fee on all transactions. What they will not tell you: their actual transaction rate is approximately 5% with all the hidden fees. The sales representative stated to me multiple times that the “only fee is the $14 a month service fee”. Go with any other company but them.

I don't know if others noticed it but recently Amazon Prime started using Evri instead of their own trucks. The problem with that is that Evri are well documented lairs and cheaters. Every time they are short of drivers they mark deliver as failed because "business closed". I am a residential address with a huge mailbox outside and cameras to prove there were no deliveries. Happens every week now. They eventually deliver few weeks or days later but it is not a Prime service I am paying for.

I ordered a dehumidifier in august, it failed in October, I purchased the Amazon extended warranty. I have now waited a month to receive a refund, have checked online, made several calls to Amazon. I will never again purchase any products associated with woot. I am also disappointed with how Amazon handled this situation.

Thumbtack used to be good, now they are extremely greedy, incompetent, and disrespectful. Their "refund team" is incompetent and refuses to refund fake or completely unrelated leads. They would rather steal a few dollars then be honest and take care of their clients. We used to like Thumbtack a lot, but this level of stupidity is unacceptable and has to be exposed. I could not recommend Thumbtack to anybody based on current experience.

BEWARE - I have a small business and have used Shipstation for years. I looked into an overdraft notification and found there have been several shipping adjustment fees. When looking into these, they said that the package size or weight were wrong even though they were entered correctly and were basically charging double along with a service fee. These are primarily when shipping UPS. Shipstation will blame UPS or say to go to stamps.com and they will point back to Shipstation. I finally had one person help and they only refunded the wrongful charge after showing screenshots from Shipstation. When I asked about the other ones that had the same issue, they said they didn't have the authority to and basically ghosted me. This has gone on for months and I have had hundreds if not thousands of these extra fees over several years. Horrible customer service**Update reply to their response — all of these are correctly entered with no changes of size or weight. That is why after showing the screenshots from Shipstation a refund for one was given but this happening to several shipments every month with no notification of the extra charges. It's very fraudulent and takes a lot of time to find the hidden charges.
