For anyone who's used a Chromebook—even a $1,000 flagship Chromebook—in the past few years and has had to use Zoom, the experience has been downright miserable!With the app used before July 2021, audio would drop out on my end or the other end for 15-second stretches, with the notification coming up that my internet connection—capable of streaming 4K Google Stadia video games—was unstable.The new app, which came out in July 2021, rejected my meeting ID. This was for a very important call. I turned to the dial-in version by phone, and it asked me to enter the meeting ID, but the digits section on my phone was grayed out. I scrambled and clicked on the Zoom invitation in my Google Calendar, and it installed an old Chrome extension and then launched the old Zoom app, which I thought was deprecated. Immediately, the person on the other end complained of audio dropping out. This very important call had to be canceled. I had an opportunity slip through my fingers because the damn Zoom team can't get its act together and put out a decent product.Whenever people want to use Zoom, I cringe.Please, let's use anything but Zoom.I want this company to go out of focus and just slip off the map.Take your miserable broken apps with you!

DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR MONTHS and will NOT issue a refund!I upgraded my subscription to Gold 14 months ago. Recently realized Picsart had continued to simultaneously charge me for the basic subscription while paying for Gold. The total amount of overcharge is about $74. I immediately contacted customer service and was told they would not provide any refunds. After a few emails, they offered a refund for ONE basic subscription charge: a whopping $5.32. DISHONEST AND SHADY, WOULD NOT recommend.

Worst customer service experience I ever had. The reviews are accurate. Spent over 10 hours on with customer service since they shut off my wife's phone in Italy (told her to delete her eSIM and it could only be reactivated by returning to the US). We bought an international sim. They billed us fully and then we got charged for international phone calls that we shouldn't have. And then they cut off my son studying abroad after 90 days though they promised they would not. Let for TMobile - no problems since then. Google needs to drop this service. TERRIBLE

After several phone calls to customer service who doesn’t understand a word I’m saying I received refund. 2 that I got I had to return because order was incomplete and I needed all 3 the same. Well they charged me for return shipping because I’m returning.I will never ever order from them and I wish I saw all these reviews before.

The meeting service is general quite good. The interface is simple enough. The issue with their service relates specifically to their Zoom Phone. To be honest, it really doesn't work reliably. We have consent problems with Android, iOS and Windows where calls do not ring and they fail to answer. I'm providing a rather harsh review because Zoom doesn't seem to care much at all. Even if you get to a live support agent, which is a trick or itself. All they do is "review internal logs" them claim there is no issue. I'm reporting this today, since I have missed 4 business calls within an hour. The problem has been persistent and the typical exist was COVID and high demand. It's 2023. Figure it out, and stop selling it until you do!

I am so unbelievably disappointed and shocked at the treatment from zoom. They took money from my account as a renewal without informing me and won't refund it back. As a small business owner this is a massive hit from a multinational company. They should wear balaclavas as they are nothing more than scam artists and robbers.

I posted what I don't wish to be sent me in my messages, what happened is a woman most likely reported me and my noble gesture of woman stopping their disgusting behavior. Since woman now charge money for naked pictures and lord knows what else, they or she had reported my account in order to stop my sharing of the honest truth. I don't wish to cause problems with Snapchat. I have a organic network I built myself and the disgusting woman and sometimes men send me nasty XXX rated material I truly rather not have to see. I posted a screenshot of the disgusting garbage I don't wish to have placed on my account or in my DM to stop it before it gets out of hand. Whoever reported me must be someone who sells content. I wish to be able to access my account at your discretion of course and please take a look at all I post and what I represent. I'm glad it got reported cause now maybe your team at Snapchat will pay closer attention to what's being reported. I'm going to leave a review on Google about this, and report this incident anywhere else I can to prevent your team at Snapchat wrongly blocking people's account who are truly innocent. Such a limited choice... and most of what they offer is not up-to-date. Much of it has already been screened on regular TV! Seems that they are charging money for old rope, because they haven't procured licences for Denmark's residents to watch up-to-date popular series! What an insult to their Denmark-resident customers!NB: I don't understand how Trustpilot has Prime Video's rating (as of writing this) at 5.4 stars, when there are literally only 2 ratings (this one included), both of which have allocated only 1 star!

I have been a long-time Logitech customer, product wise they do have an excellent range of accessories. Normally I purchased their products on Amazon, however decided that I would directly purchase from their website, what a terrible mistake. Purchased an item on the 22nd of November which was listed as being in stock. After about four days, the order was marked as accepted. Waited for a week, with the status not changing, and decided to use their live chat who told me delivery was imminent. Waited, still at the accepted phase, contacted them again and was told it would be shipped shortly, just a matter of days. Another week goes by and again, I am told the item is in hand, they are just processing it. On the 19th of December, my order was canceled, with no explanation or apology. Exceptionally poor service.

So buy counterfeit items, items not as described — and count on disputing with your credit company. ebay is less than useless. Their policies are meant to protect ebay's greed and NOTHING else.

This has become the worst app ever since FB became full owner in 2022 ..They will spam u all day long they refuse to review or accept appeal u can tell its all ran by auto respond than u can't respond back when ppl are gaining up on u aka bullying u for ur Comment cz the moment u respond without even using curse words or code words u still get restricted for violation of community guidelines treating grown adults like kids u can't even have a convo ATP it's Awful IG bio it states its for the public to engage but punishes u for engaging..I have countless screens hots of them marking me for SPAM for just normal conversations it's Terrible They have ruined something that was so great not to mention all the sponsorship and advertising in junk that shows in ur feed I hate it !!
