I’ve been a loyal Booking.com user for years, but this recent experience was truly appalling.I had a long-term stay in London confirmed and fully paid for. Just three days before check-in, while I was already abroad, Booking.com informed me the property had overbooked and cancelled my reservation.No real alternative was offered. Despite trying to rebook through their platform, nothing was available due to peak season. I was left scrambling and had to book with another service at the last minute, incurring over £1,000 in extra costs.And what did Booking.com offer in compensation? £50.89. That’s it. For a confirmed booking they failed to honor, that left me stranded in another country.Support responses were copy-pasted and dismissive. No one took real responsibility, and escalation attempts went nowhere. Apparently, their policies prioritize their partners over their customers.Overbooking is not the customer’s problem — it’s theirs. Yet I was the one left out of pocket.Extremely disappointing. I’ll be thinking twice before ever using Booking.com again.

I switched phone services for one price that quoted me and they charged me 2x’s more each mouth said they were fixing it. 3 months and and they just cut my phone off claiming I owe them almost $500 but I’ve been paying the bill every month. If the bill is $117 how I owe you $500 in 3 months ?

amazon prime idiot , thats' me for paying what i think was a privileged servicemy was recent order was sent overnight to be at the final destination for 6:45am it then sat there all day until at 2pm when it went out for delivery and was back at the final destination for 3:15pm ,,,,hardly what call an effort to deliver on time.not sure if they even called at all..........????. no note or slip to say the attended??I have placed over 90 orders with amazon in the last two and a half years,,,so it leaves you feeling undervalued as a customer only thing i could do was cancel the order along with my amazon prime and went back to ebay for my goods to avoid the feelings of being used............STOKE GB AMAZON,,,, YOUR HOPELESS

So we have not used mcafee in like 5 years or more, we cancelled it and all was well then last year they took money out from my husbands bank , he claimed it back from the bank now this year it has been taken again and not only that they have done it a further 3 times he is on with the bank yet again. We don’t even know how they manage to get the bank details. Don’t use them for anything I don’t know how they get away with it.

Flip kart is robbing .Dear Sir/Mam, I purchased Swipe Razor Volte 8GB TAB from flipkart on 19-08-2017.Order ID "OD110000613524980000" COD payment mode. and i recieved the product on 21-08-2017. But when i recived the product, both of the sim slots were not working . So i applied for return request for the product replacement as per the return policy terms. after that First time technician visited me on 23-08-2017 and said my product will be replaced after his examination. after that no response from flipkart. then i started calling to flipkart helpline but they said my return request has been cancelled by seller. then i started calling everday to helpline but their reply was that thier backend team will call me and help about it . But no one contacted me regarding this complaint even they dragged it for 9 days. But everytime they r giving fake promises. But now they r telling me to go service centre instead of replacement. Please help me. Flipkart is cheating. I have all complaint numbers recorded with me. Why should we pay amount for defect product?Why should we go for service centr for new products? Flipkart has to replace as per the 10 days return replacement acceptance. why flipkart is sending the fake updates of the sellers? I have paid money to flipkart and not to some other sellers.Flipkart is robbing the the innocent people. Whenever i call to helpline they are giving the reasons that due to technical error it is showing as return request has been cancelled automatically on behalf of me. What kind of a non sense reply is this?I want my amount to be refunded or replacement of the product along with some penalty for wasting my time

Even if Nazis spew their hatred on this platform, I don't believe that censoring them, or anyone is the answer; rather we need to "educate" against the stupidity of that thinking. By censoring, we create a martyrdom. As far as misinformation, I look to the "community notes" for fact checks that have verifiable links.

Tried to set up Venmo as a non U.S. resident after successfully set up a U.S. bank account as a non U.S. resident and also got a U.S. cell number. Venmo suspended my account and later informed me they need me to provide a U.S. passport even though I told them I am an Irish citizen so I have an Irish passport and not a U.S. passport. Racist too strong a word but the notion you need a U.S. passport to have a Venmo account is ridiculous. Looking at their reviews on Trustpilot; I dodged a bullet that is for sure. Has to be one of the worst company and customer service I have ever experienced.
