I feel like I’m not alone in this. My order was placed 16 days ago, and there have been no updates since. I’ve called customer service three times, but received no helpful feedback. They also refused to cancel my order.Avoid this brand—it’s terrible.

philips customer service is extremely bad. I tried to reach customer service for repair of my steam iron which was under warranty however, the ink on the invoice i had, had faded away. The customer service people completely shirked of their responsibility and said they cant do anything. I asked them to trace my purchase, to which they refused and said nothing can be done.

I was not able to download my purchases and any attempts to contact support failed. I want to get my money back, but it'll probably be next to impossible, and not worth the trouble. If I could give zero stars and tell everyone how much you suck I would.

EDIT:Agoda has finally processed the refund. Edited to 4 stars. Had to jump through a few hoops, but they remedied the situation.Original review:After cancelling a booking they offered me "AgodaCash" to my Agoda account. Once I said I need real cash refund back to my card, they started finding excuses not to pay.To conclude: They didn't pay the hotel my booking was cancelled for, and they didn't refund my money.

If I could out zero stars I would. The absolute worst roadside assistance program ever. Such a waste of money. I called in for a tow at 7pm on Saturday. Didn’t get an update for an eta or anything all night long. I got a ride home from someone and on Sunday at 10am I still didn’t have an eta or any info on my tow. I called them for the 4th time and they stated my call still wasn’t dispatched to anyone!! How does anyone get away with this?? I work in the service industry and we are very busy. The minute we get a call, we assign it to a technician. Then we will give an eta to customer whether it is 2 hours or 6. AAA is an absolute garbage company that doesn’t know how to take care of their customers or do their job!!

I have shopped with WISH for a couple of years now. It has made improvements as it has progressed and is now reasonably competitive with other online services. If I had one issue it would be when a vendor cancels your order for no good reason and although Wish is superfast on the refund (great work) I asked for some clarification why it was cancelled... Talking to AI is pointless you just go around in circles and you can get frustrated. An option to escalate the issue to a human operator for review and reply would be a good compromise in improving the quality of the platform.I like the layout and the ability to see the sellers store, this is a positive move as is noting the status of sellers.Wish has always been fair if I have had faulty or damaged products, something that rarely happens... But it is nice to know they have your back.In the current environment of global business it is good as a consumer to be able to buy items that are not usually available in your own country. People have a right to try new products and not be restrained by the government because they kowtow to the USA regarding our rights to purchase.Wish plays a pivotal role in the global consumer market and can only get better.

I do enjoy the magazine but I am very displeased with the automatic renewal (without any notification before). Well, the only notification you get is from your credit card (after being charged for another quarter). Why do they have to do this???
