Xiaomi UK refused to fix my phone even though I was willing to pay for the repair all because it was a global version bought from Hong Kong.No phone shops have parts to fix my phone nor have they heard of this brand. I can buy a new screen online but to fix it myself are you mad!Needless to say a phone is paid £244 for got binned due to not being able to get it repaired. Can't believe they would not fix it when I'm willing to pay when they have the knowledge and products to fix the phone. Steer clear!!
Review of mastercard
Mastercard Argentina, horrible customer support. They changed dates of month expiration and payment without any consultation. Blocked the credit cards in the middle of a trip abroad with no clear reason, not even the representatives that give the "customer support" could explained, so, they simply cut the conversation and put a recording on the phone. You as a customer feel very unprotected in the face of these monopolies.
Review of fineartamerica
I love the variety of products that are available and have ordered several different items. My most recent purchase was 2 Christmas ornaments. It's a lovely way for me to remember a beloved cat who's no longer with me, my Pop Cat Tiger.
Review of envato
SCAM!!!! Reeled in with a student rate, ended up paying double & unable to download purchase. Customer Support replied once and never heard from again after I called them scammers/scum of the earth. Also now unable to cancel subscription, they have removed this option for me - ‘Cancel subscription’ is not in the location it’s supposed to be. No contact number. Can’t buy anything online these days. Had to cancel my card so they don’t take more money!! Asked my bank for a refund, should receive it in a few weeks. Complete waste of time & energy.Envato remove bad reviews too.
Review of dnb
Dun and Bradstreet is a complete SCAM. Their strategy is to post inaccurate and baseless data about your company to get your attention. Once you call them, they will promote a 'service' which is a 'dedicated' DnB member to correct their misinformation. The cost of such scam service is $12,000 a year and the rep may be 'courteous' to give you a discount and sell you the service for $9k!No wonder why the government dropped their credentials and now using a different service. What a bunch of scammers.I would never use them or pay them for their scam!

Ordered an item online. Got notification on a delivery date. Waited. It never arrived. So then they gave me another date - same thing. So then I had to go online and use the chatbot on their so-called ‘help’ page. Took me 2 gos to get a response. Eventually they told me that the item ‘couldn’t be delivered’ and to contact them for a replacement. But at this stage I am exasperated with them and don’t want a replacement, I want a refund, because I am not waiting in again, only for the item to not be delivered. Cue the dreaded chatbot and going round in circles. Eventually I was told to contact the courier, Zedify. Told them it was not up to me to do that. Ended up telling them I would contact a Consumer Rights org if they don’t give me a refund. So now they apparently have to make a ‘case’ for my refund request. This store is vile. They are literally stealing customers money. Customer service is non-existent. I will never shop with Zara again.Edit: They have notified me with a refund. So don’t be gentle with them. Insist on your rights, don’t let them scam you.
Review of patreon
I supported some of my favourite creators via Patreon - but when I changed my phone recently, I couldn't log into my account as my Authenticator app had been wiped. When I contacted Patreon's Support team they (bizarrely) requested my IP address and some sensitive information about my PayPal account. On advice from my partner, who is a cyber security expert, I refused to provide this information over email (an unsecured network) - and Patreon's support person just advised that they couldn't help me! I ended up having to cancel my payments via PayPal and leaving it there.

Review of yahoo
The new Yahoo homepage is simply horrible. It is hard to envisage a more disastrous 'update'. Maybe Yahoo makes more revenue money, I don't know. But for about 10 years now Yahoo was my homepage on my laptop. No longer. I don't even scroll to it any more. No need.
Review of ulta
I recently shopped in the Deptford Ulta where I was helped by two very awesome associates, Jojo and Lauren. They were both extremely polite and helpful with all of my questions. However, I noticed the two of them were trying to keep up while other employees were gathered talking to one another. I walked by this group several times un-noticed. Lucky Jojo observed I needed help and came over. Jojo and Lauren deserve some recognition.

Bought an expensive zero turn mower that was supposed to give me double reward points valued at $75 of store product (7500 points). Called several times why the points weren't applied to my TSC rewards account. Each time I called the CSR on duty couldn't figure out how to apply my points so I could use the $75 store credit. The first two times I called they said I had to wait a few months for the points to show so I did. It has been almost four months and no points. Called again and this time I was told I would get a call back because the CSR couldn't fix the problem. Needless to say no call back. And so TSC has lost a customer for life. Won't set foot in a Tractor Supply again. This will surely cost them much more than $75 (retail) of store product. Great going guys!!!
