I ordered somthing of amazon, it was a invitation to buy a product, that was 6th may 2025 the expected delivery date is 2nd January 2026! I am moving addresses on the 28th July 2025 I message them to change delivery address. Nope cant be done they dont have that power! Still 6 months out from delivery due date and nothing can be done. Apparently I have to cancel the order, I asked about reordering Apparently that cant be done either because it was an invitation! So been told no promises but when its dispatched or out for delivery they MAY! Be able to redirect then.Mentions nothing in there T&C about changing delivery address on invitation orders or anything about it. Multi billion dollar company and they cant click a few buttons and change delivery address on an order that was ment to take 8 months to arrive! Like what are we doing

As a pro-subscriber I was unable to get support to help me with my system. Tried using the BOT online and was told my plan did not cover any support. What happened to the old great zoom system. Really disappointed. Called sales to see if I needed to upgrade - and was told someone would call me back. How can you use a system with no technical supporty

Poor experience trying to cancel subscription, emailed help@times+ to cancel on 26th Oct and yet, another monthly debit was taken in Nov!! Apparently you can only cancel via email(v small print in T&C’s) and help@times was wrong address! So help@times couldn’t even forward my email to correct dept! In times of austerity when everyone is tightening their belts to manage cost of living and foregoing non essentials ! Times couldn’t even refund me the £26 shamefulTo add insult to injury the notification of my subscription cancellation came from the Help@times+mail box !!!

I’ve been with Duolingo for 966 days to be precise. Up until they changed the format, it worked well as a basic tool, with other learning methods (face to face classes etc). Now, the single path routine has had so many bugs (multiple choice buttons not working). It won’t let me pass to the next lesson because the bug stops me. It’s now becoming a useless exercise and if I hadn’t paid up for a year, I would definitely leave. Sorry Duolingo, but it’s happening too much now.
