My business has grown so much in the past 5 years with the help of my JIMDO website. I didn't know anything about website design so Jimdo gave me the perfect platform for getting my business seen with minimal effort. The website designs are aesthetically pleasing and easy to personalise. Customer service is 5 star and the prices for all of this amazing service is very reasonable. How do I cancel Telegraph subscription? I have wailing on the phone now for ages and not even an indication of how many in the queue. Will this be for ever? What a shocking way to do business. Customer service is easy to do - if you want to which I am assuming from this on going experience that you do not . Still waiting ... Well it is one way to try and make people give up and just carry on subscribing. Still waiting ...The thing is, is there actually anyone on this number - it has been 19 minutes with NO announcement or anything. Do I hang on? Will it be for ever?

Had I checked this site 1 hour ago, I wouldn't be in the same boat with the deceptive yearly subscription and cancellation fees.. 81 Euros down the drain and that's why they keep getting business. A legally fraudulent company :)Edit: They actually issued me a full refund without being asked as I stated my problem.

What is going on with Uber and Lyft's background check company, Checkr?I worked for Lyft a few years ago and of course, didn't have a problem passing a background check. Drove for about a year, then started working elsewhere and lapsed. Re-applied in May for Lyft and my mind is blown away by the delay with their 3rd party background check company, Checkr. Lyft can't (won't) tell me anything useful other than I have address all questions through Checkr (they seem to be a bot company that can't offer any useful customer service communication). Finally decided to just wait on Checkr's time frame for my background to be completed (which is scheduled for tomorrow). Fast forward to 2 hours ago, and I receive an email that "...your background check has an updated completion date of July 27-Aug 1." In no universe should a background check take this long...when I originally worked for them, my background check came back in 24 hours and after uploading all of my documents...I was working within 48 hours. What is really going on? I am seeing other posters commenting on the need to take this to the media, threaten law suits, etc. But I just wanted an opportunity to earn some much needed revenue while I am in between work gigs. What a disappointment!

I have been using Jotform for a few months now and it has been fantastic. Very easy to setup a form, lots of customization options and I was impressed that it was able to do things that I couldn't do on larger platforms like Microsoft forms. It has been a reliable way for me to collect information and documents from our users and create profiles for them based on that. Definitely recommend.

Can't find any way to find size of the folders/files on my account. The instructions I find on the web don't apply to what I see on my Macbook/Chrome. No way to get a hold of anyone. Only FAQs... And I am a paid subscriber wishing now I had never taken this service for a year.

Being a newbie to insurance billing software I was looking for a way to narrow down my options. Max from Software Advice was very helpful. He gave me exactly what I was looking for. 3 companies low-middle of the road and higher price point, based on my financial comfort zone. He was straight to the point and very engaging. I went through 3 demos/calls the following week and made a decision by the end of the week. I am so happy with my choice and feel I made a great decision. When it comes to your business- you want to make the right decisions and it can be tough- especially being a solo practice. I’m very grateful for Software Advice and for all that Max arranged for me!

JustGiving used to be the best donation platform - easy to use, reliable, and a good "feel" to it. But there have been some problems recently (since being bought out by Blackbaud?) which have dented my confidence:- some individual pages in a recent event did not link properly to the event page.- according to colleagues, there were some functionality issues with the "back end" functions- the request for a "voluntary" donation to pay for the platform has become more blunt, which puts off some donors.Hopefully the glitches will be quickly sorted and not return, but they have dented my confidence in the platform. Likewise the (almost) forced donation to JustGiving is very distasteful - hopefully it will be toned down to make it easier for those who'd rather not give extra. Being effectively forced to just feels wrong on a charity donation page.
