Worse support I ever seen. I was trying to recover my account where email is lost and there is no way to restore it, but ea support just closed my tickets without even answering. When you try to add any comment or renew a ticket - it just redirects you to a help center homepage and that's it. So I basically lost my 15-years old account and all spend money because there is no customer support in EA. I will never ever buy something directly from EA because all popular game applications have normal support.

Total waste of time, i never watch BBC cause never anythin on it n i dont see why i should pay a licence when its all politics and rubbish, nobody talks bout what is realy going on, your secrets always fall out tho, they sent me a text asking to do a survey, so you enter password and email and it wont let you in, there is no live chat and no way to contact them,TYPICAL BBC COULD FART THERE WAY OUT A PAPER BAG. TOTAL BS

I'm a Quickbooks beginner and had got badly muddled and deleted a transaction, which I needed to reinstate. April was very clear and patient in talking me through how to correct the error successfully, including the helpful use of screen share. First class job.

Fast and super helpful customer support. I've been a happy DeepL Pro user over the last year or so, and when I had to update my expired payment information, I must have accidentally switched over to an annual subscription. I was shocked by the sudden amount of money that was taken from my account, but the customer support was super quick and helped me change the subscription back to a monthly one without hesitation and transferred me the rest of the money back again. Thank you so much DeepL from a happy subscriber :)

Same as all the other 1 star reviews. I went on to buy a score to use to teach a song in my primary school for £2.29 and have now spent nearly an hour trying to work out how NOT to pay £54.99 for a 3 months subscription I didn't ask for or want. SCAM. AVOID. Such a shame.
Review of jotform
Not really a viable option. I've used JotForm off and on for years very casually. By that, I mean, maybe once or twice a year, I'll use a jot form to collect responses. It's versatile, there are lots of options in the actual form, which is why I chose it to begin with and why I've recommended it to others. Unfortunately, since I last used JotForm they've instituted a 100/month submission limit, which no longer makes this an option for me, with this policy they've eliminated the casual user all-together, obviously nobody is going to pay $20-$30 a month for a product that is only needed once or twice a year. Also, it's an incredibly poor design to include TEST submissions on the test submission form under that submission limit.Previously, I chose JotForm over google forms that my org was already paying for due to the flexibility and options, but I won't be doing that any more.Update: They increase your submission limit by posting a review, but actively discourage honest reviews - "Unfortunately your request to increase your submission limits in return for your Write a Review has been rejected.Reason for rejection: Low rated Jotform review."They're not interested in feedback, just empty praise. Noted.Update 2: Review changed to 1 star. I asked on the forum about only positive reviews being solicited and was told that I should ask why my review was rejected, despite the reason being fairly clear and was told to send an email to a no-reply email address and await further information. Shockingly there has been no reply from the no-reply email address. I was surprised to find that the limit increase part of my account has been removed completely, I am no longer able to post on the forum or edit my previously submitted forms. This appears to be a lock down of my account all for one honest review (2 stars initially) and 2 posts in the support forum. Wow.

Ideologiegetriebener Journalismus und ein Forum das so schlecht moderiert wird als ob ein hirnkranker Bonobo davor sitzen würde. So ein beschissen moderiertes Forum hab ich noch nie gesehen. Unfähigkeit par excellence, das höchste der Gefühle ist eine patzige Antwort der Moderation mitten in der Diskussion, die man nur ehrfürchtig erwidern darf, sonst wird man gesperrt. Diese Webpräsenz sollte virtuelle verbrannt und beerdigt werden.

I would say nothing positive about crypto.com/ coinbase all other things that are related to them are all scammers. You will never earn nothing from them only loses. Best thing I did in my life was deleted them all apps and never going back again
