Bad for owners.

Terrible for property owners trying to list a rental. They assign a SINGLE person to you. On a day that I couldn’t speak to “my person” he called over and over and over again. Then when I tried to get in contact with VRBO to get my listing finalized (because unlike Airbnb, I have to have someone on their end involved in the listing process) no one could help me because they weren’t the assigned person. I have HATED attempting to list with them.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT LIST YOUR PROPERTY ON VRBO! VRBO is keeping payouts from hosts for over 30 days, so they can pay out OTHER HOSTS using YOUR money… then after 30 days they use SOME ELSE’s money to pay YOU. That is called a pyramid scheme! I found this out after first guest checked in (for thousands of dollars). I called in and asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor named Jason (SUPER RUDE) informed me he was the highest representative on VRBO I would be able to speak with. When I asked for his supervisor again, he said he was going to end my call! We have been hosts on Airbnb since 2014 and NEVER had any of these issues. I am guessing this is why all the reviews say hosts keep canceling their reservations. Go figure, hosts don’t want to let people stay unless they are paid for it. Do yourself a favor and use Airbnb.

I am a host

I am a host. VRBO notified me of fraud on my account, but had already sent my payment to that account. This was April 2024. Eight times I called and each time it was being "escalated" (the word they are taught to use to make it sound important. On July 10, they finally told me I would have to take it up with CitiBank, where the fraudulent account was established. But they couldn't provide me the account number or billing address (even though they had mine). They truly expected CitiBank to just hand over the money. I have been a 20-year customer host of VRBO. When things go right, you don't need customer service. But when you need them, they are useless. Absolutely useless and I hate them so much.

Tiktok and its shitty support

My TikTok account (@jxv2b) has been blocked for over a month without any explanation. The account is still publicly visible, which proves it hasn’t violated community guidelines or been deleted.I’ve submitted the official appeal form, sent multiple emails to support, tried using different networks — and still, I’ve received no response whatsoever.TikTok’s support is absolutely awful. They don’t provide any answers, don’t clarify the reason for the block, and leave users completely abandoned.It’s incredibly frustrating to lose access to your content and audience for no valid reason. I hope that by posting this public complaint, someone at TikTok will finally take action.

No Air-conditioning for the full cruise. They are refusing to refund our money. They offered 50% off our next cruise. We expected that they would refund our cruise. They flat refused stating that they want a chance to do service recovery with us on another cruise. Getting an attorney. Such a shame that they don't see that service recovery would be refunding our money and not putting us through all this trouble.

Not sure what all these bad reviews are all about but in my experience it was spot on! I was rather skeptical with all the bad reviews but thought I’d risk it for the biscuit…Pleasantly surprised. Ordered on the 5th delivered on the 7th. Can’t fault it. 10/10! I felt like I had to write a review to give people that reassurance they needed

If I could put zero stars I would, all they talk about is about false bad Biden stories. Im not sure if trump has partial owner ship of Fox News but if he don’t these Fox News anchors are actually Donald Trump worshippers!! Almost extremist!! Fox News is horrible for this country and we need to go pick them all up and send them to any other country but this one, preferably to N. Korea…

If you have an emergency and have to leave early you won't get your money back.

Had a family emergency and had to leave the hotel one day early. Hotel approved the checkout but would not refund the money for the day we were not there. Expedia no help at all, would not refund or freeze the funds. We had the trip insurance, but it is thru a third party who is also no help. All in all, would not use or recommend Expedia, nor Residence Inn by Marriott.

I was scammed. Received cheap item I did not buy

I purchased a Sandy Liang fleece for USD $192.25 including shipping. I received an Urban Outfitters fleece which is not worth more than $20 instead. I wrote to seller who insisted she mailed me the item I bought and then asked me if it had been opened. It is clearly a scam. I complained to Depop customer service several times. They have done nothing except sending me an automatic reply that they will get back to me. Do not use this website as they don’t stand by or protect their customers

Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer experience I've ever received from any company. Customer support staff are rude and frankly useless, all they do is "help" you set up the ads and never actually address the issue you're having. After having received the abysmal treatment I asked for a way to provide feedback to them, I did so every week for the last 2 months, haven't received a reply to that yet. I honestly find it shocking how anyone can even call this customer "support".

Absolutely dreadful customer support

Absolutely dreadful customer support. I have been trying for a week now to place an order for 6 items of clothing. Despite trying 5 different payment methods including PayPal, it always says payment declined. When I speak to customer service, I keep getting fobbed off. I know its not my end as I've tried on the app and online using different devices. I have successfully bought clothing online since from other stores so it's not a payment issue. I am super disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend at all.

Loveliest platform and easy to set up and handle

I really searched long for a platform where I can support for my art without needing hours to set it up. Then I found Ko-fi and it literally took just a few minutes to bring my site online! I enjoy it since then. And there are so many new features now as you also can offer commissions, open a Shop and memberships and more. It never fails to come up with new stuff to try and drive more support towards your passion. I just could recommend using it you will not be disappointed! It’s so easy to handle and the community is just love. A very safe space to do what you love and share it!
