Review of ikea
Do not use this company absolutely useless. I had two delivery scheduled both cancelled on the day lost money had a chippy booked in at cancel him wasted about six hours on the phone to them each day with incompetent people even rang the day before to make sure the delivery was coming told it was rang in the morning told it was again as time went on, rung up and they said the payment hadn’t gone through properly, which is a load of rubbish because it’s gone through the bank as I say do not use this company!!!!!!!

Review of wordfence
We have been victims of hacking (on a continual basis) and WordFence has been a huge help. Not only does it have the tools to keep our site safe, but their support is fantastic. Their responses are timely, patient, and as detailed as needed. I don't write so many reviews, but I have to say they've been a rock for us through all this and I couldn't imagine making a new site without their software.

Review of depop
I’m new enough to this site. I’d heard a lot about it. So I just paid for two items.. total cost €96. Neither seller has sent the items. One refunded me for the cost of item but she’s didn’t refund the shipping I paid to her. The other lady just didn’t bother sending at all. I paid her €75. There is nobody to speak to about this either. So please be careful on who you pay in here!! I’m done with it. It’s not monitored whatsoever.
Review of asos
Ordered off of ASOS many times over the years and on occasion had to return due to poor quality/ill fitting items. Then was told I would have money from deducted from my refund if I didn’t keep over £40 of every new order because of my high high return frequency. I will now never shop there again.
Review of asos
I’ve shopped with asos for years, since it was As Seen on Screen! It’s a great website with a wide range but the customer service is just dreadful! I wasn’t happy when they introduced the fair use policy on returns given that I hardly return vast quantities but I’m even more annoyed now, as I’ve been charged a return fee for an item I let them know I had received damaged (which they clearly hadn’t checked before sending out) and am having to jump through hoops to get the postage fee refunded!

Review of barnesandnoble
Barnes and noble website is awful. Kept rejecting my order, saying there were special characters in my phone number. There was not. I was charged for the order but no order shows on my account. What a nightmare. Will be switching to Amazon for my books from now on and skip this headache.
Review of zazzle
I am an independent designer. I've had my designs on the Zazzle website since 2019. I have achieved more than 120 sales of products on Zazzle. Zazzle owes me £162 in royalty payments for the sales. I have never received any payment from them. I have spent several months corresponding with the Zazzle customer services department to ensure my forms for paying US tax were correctly completed (as a UK taxpayer). Eventually, they said I had completed the form correctly. For the last few weeks, they have not replied to any of my emails or reminders. I get the feeling that they won't pay me anything. I advise all designers and buyers to avoid this company because they are not paying the actual designers (like myself) any royalties.
Review of temu
In my experience with Timu, I have spent vast amounts of money. I would state, if goods are non-electrical, you’re likely to get longevity out of the product but if it has electrical components, do not be surprised if it does not last more than two months. I am deeply concerned that the warranty starts from the date you purchase the product and not the delivery date of receipt. Therefore, the shipping and postage time which is normally around two weeks or more forms part of your 90 days refund policy and is therefore deducted from the 90 day period, therefore giving you less of a chance of making a successful refund claim! I’m beginning to wonder whether some of the electrical products being sold on their website have actually failed safety testing for Europe or other international markets. With China selling goods at significantly reduced prices, it’s an easy way for them to profit — but if those goods don’t last, are we being misled? After all, if you knew a product would only last three months, would you still buy it? If the answer is no, then why is this being allowed to continue on major selling platforms?
Review of squarespace
Could not be worse. Our problem (which is related to the SquareSpace purchase of Google domains) could have been easily and quickly resolved in one phone call -- but there is no phone contact, only email. Those monitoring the Customer Service email are slow, if they respond at all, and do not solve problems. SquareSpace registered two organizational domains created in a personal Google Workspace account by a now retired volunteer who is unable to transfer ownership to the organization. We are desperate and get only bureaucratic answers from the Customer Service group.

Review of Microsoft
In England you can buy Microsoft 365 multiple user with antivirus (McAffee) however, when you get towards the end of your renewal McAfee blocks some of your Microsoft software despite the fact your Microsoft software still has months of renewal contract available. If you try to resolve your issue with Microsoft or McAfee it is very difficult to resolve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Both these companies collectively have the monopoly, however, there is no assistance or response from any regularity authorities . What a disgrace in the 21st Century, shame on you and your associates.
Review of indeed
For employers indeed are hidden behind a number of layers of anonymity and it can be difficult to get through to any actual humans when you have an issue. However after posting a negative review they were quick to resolve the issue and provided a refund. Satisfied with the outcome however frustrated at the effort and time requried to obtain.

Review of envato
Envato allows scammers, plain and simple. They don't uphold their authors to any of their own policies or basic standards as long as they make a percentage. I was sold a theme that advertised it had multiple free plug-ins (WPThemego) and that it needed activation of those plug-ins to fully function. I purchased the theme and contacted the author for activation and then they proceeded to tell me that they weren't suppose to advertise the theme as coming with premium plug-ins and I should of somehow known that. They told me sorry for the inconvenience, updated their listing by removing that information after my purchase and I sent them a screenshot of their own listing. I tried contacting envato multiple time and I still haven't heard from them so I alerted my bank as I didn't get what I paid for. In retaliation to my request for my bank to hopefully get my money back they locked me out of my envato account and blocked me from using any of my non-related purchases that I had no issues with. So here I am, having paid for multiple themes, only have an issue with 1 being a scammer so I disputed only that charge, and yet as a result they hold hostage my other purchase. So unless I let the one author scam me, envato will punish me by now removing access to my other purchase? How is that even legal?
