My biggest gripe at the moment is the loss of nectar points. As a subscriber I would have got 70 points in a week. Over last 7 days I have received only 29 made up of 1,2,2,2,2,10 and 10. Rather than being exciting it’s very disappointing to the customer. At this rate it will take me over 34 weeks to save a 1000 nectar points instead of just over14!

As I am from the North East I watched Geordie Hospital. it is so fake, My Mother spend 3mths in the Freeman hospital a couple of years ago an elderly lady, and I couldnt get them to send someone to cut her toe nails, a nurse throw her slippers across the floor just because she needed the toilet after drinking all the water they kept pushing on her. yet on the show I lady was taken to the hairdressers and then asked if her lunch was hot or should she get her another one. even earlier this year my mother spent a day and one night in the RVI they told her there wasnt any meals for her though she had been there all day with nothing to eat.

I have been using Total Security for two years. Essentially a good product. However....SecurePass was added to Total Security after my purchase in 2022. An active subscription does not upgrade you to the current version with SecurePass, and you WILL be automatically billed for Total Security without Securpass rights (even though you receive no discounted price for the lesser product. This is purposely hidden from subscribers and requires you to cancel auto-renew, and purchase Total Security again (per BD tech support).
Review of macys
I have had macys account for over 10 years, no late payments life of account. The account was closed because my payment in Sept 2024 was returned NSF. A stop payment was made for $140 that my bank acknowledged was their error. I never placed a stop payment. I called and spoke to representative at macys when I discovered the reason the payment was returned. My account was credited late fee and interest. I submitted all this information to Macys. Macys says account can not be reopened and I would have to apply for new card. Why would I do that? I don’t need 2 Macys accounts. So now I’m paying on an account I can’t use. Highly disappointed and frustrated. I will never ever shop at Macys again.
