Would give them zero. Someone hacked my account. Reported it to facebook but they declined to remove the hackers account set up in my name. Facebook supposedly keeping you ‘safe’. Won’t even let me request a review of the decision they made. Disgusting service from them.

Not happy since I switched

Have not been happy so I switched to AT&T the phone I switch I can’t return if I could I would switch back cricket now I went to get a new screen, but I was cracked. They told me it was going to be free when I got my phone a couple months ago. It cost me $10. I feel like they lie all the time. Tell me my phone bill every $75. It’s now 95 When I switched, it was $92

I love the shoes...but they use OnTrac for delivery . What a joke. Driver lied about not be able to deliver during office hours . They came . Later after 3 days in row. OnTrac will keep boc stores in business . Very bad service.

Everything is amazing for stocks, but there are some missing European-only ETFs or niche stock data. Overall great experience, and if I was US-based this would be perfect and a 10/10, but for Europe - a little bit more is desired.

Nest Gen 3 thermostat - AVOID - Heat Link Common Failure

Nest Gen 3 thermostat: AVOID.Heat Link Unit failed within 12 months despite having a 2yr warranty; retailer wont do anything and i can't find a UK support number that works. No lights on unit, it is completely dead. I had to remove pins 1 & 3 for the boiler to heat the house over night (-3 with 2 very young children). Just brought a new reliable thermostat now.The only way i didn't loose money, i paid via credit card so they are also liable to refund me under Section 75.

Flip cart is very prompt in delivering good products and very much caring on delivery . they will call the customer on whether the product is delivered . The laptops sold from flip cart are really good and appear solid irrespective of brand .I recently bought hp laptop from Amazon . I started facing lots of issues with the laptop being sold by Amazon . I got disappointed and completely stopped shopping on Amazon

I recently contacted Zillow via email to explain in detail why their Zestimate was inaccurate and to please revise / remove. My home is not even on the market so it seems irrelevant that it should be viewed publicly in the first place. Tax records are often incorrect, and because my taxes are frozen due to age eligibility, I'm not taking my time and effort to correct them just for Zillow's convenience (as was suggested to me). Their poor customer service exemplified by Emma and her form letter responses, rigid policies that prevent flexibility in addressing issues, and general attitude of disinterest in my concerns have resulted in frustration and ill-will toward Zillow. They callously invade people's privacy, publish erroneous information on the internet, and should be removed permanently as the frauds they are.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Thieves!We were gifted a One 4 All Gift card which stated Spotify was a partner. Converted the gift card to redeem against Spotify - won’t allow us to redeem as my son has a Student Account and not eligible.Basically stole £20 as unable to redeem as their terms and conditions do not allow. False advertising as clearly on the student gift card stated redeemable against Spotify.AVOID AVOID AVOIDWill be cancelling subscription and going to an alternative provider.

Amazing customer service.

With a concert coming up in a few days and still not receiving my tickets in the mail, I contacted customer support. I was happy to receive a response to my email within an hour with a resolution of new tickets available for pickup at the venue and cancel the mailed tickets. I was astounded when the first pair of tickets arrived in the mail later that day. Alesha, the representative helping me, was able to re-validate the mailed tickets and cancel the ones for pickup. All done within three quick emails and amazing responses. time.

Review of lyft

$80 damage fee when not at fault

We got collected from cabana bay beach resort, Orlando, and were going to Aquatica. Within 30 minutes of being dropped off, we got an email from Lyft saying we were being charged a damage fee of $80 for mess that had been left on the rear seats. The driver had submitted photographs of a dirty seat with a wet stain. We got collected at lunchtime and had not been anywhere prior to being picked up to cause such a mess. We do not consume any beverages whilst travelling so tried to dispute this charge with Lyft who, whilst at first appeared to be sympathetic, flatly refused to believe us and informed us the damage fee would not be removed. Are you supposed to take a photo before you enter the vehicle and again after you leave in order to cover yourselves? After going through other reviews on trustpilot and after putting the feelers out on social media, it seems this happen a lot. Lyft need to vet their drivers more thoroughly. Ridiculous. Will never use again.

Card suspended without notice or reason

Card suspended without notice. Impossible to find out what the problem was. Given the run-around for a month. They insisted I had been sent emails, I had not. Checked my Spam Folder as well. So fed up with them that I cancelled my card. Sort yourselves out. Explain what, if any, the problem actually is (why is that so difficult?) and when you say you will call back please do!
