Despite having a premiere membership, I experienced a 6-hour wait for a tow truck, only to have the company they contracted, Centerville Towing, arrive promptly and efficiently. AAA's communication was poor, and their inability to provide timely assistance was unacceptable. Centerville Towing saved the day, but AAA failed to deliver on their promises.
