Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed with АТТ service. On a scale from 0 to 5, I’d rate it a 1.5 — and that’s being generous.The main issue is misleading advertising. Every AT&T store displays signs claiming “4 lines for $100/month”. But in reality, I was charged $200 per month.When I contacted customer service, no one could clearly explain the extra charges — just vague responses about “additional fees.” I honestly felt deceived.And the worst part? There’s no one to complain to. You’re passed from one representative to another, and no one takes real responsibility. It feels like a system built to wear you down, not help you.In today’s world, I expect more transparency and respect from such a major company. Sadly, this experience was the opposite.

This is a scam. I was made to believe I was signing up for a monthly subscription of $14. To my horror, this company snatched $170 from my account. Getting back the money is proving a nightmare even when I have canceled my subscription. I am a student and I don't have a lot of money, can you please refund immediately? If I don't get my money by end of February 10, 2023, I will report you to the FBI and the state of New York as internet scammers. I will also ask my political representatives to look into your business practices so you don't swindle someone else.

Add me to the massive list of people who will never shop at Best Buys again. Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought a car radio (it was open box) had it installed by Best Buys and when they were done installing it and they got my money, they told me it was missing a face trim ring and the owners manual. Had to speak to some on-line support person (or Robot) who suggested I pay Best Buys to remove it and take it in the store for my money back. They didn't offer to obtain a trim plate or manual for it.

Despite having a premiere membership, I experienced a 6-hour wait for a tow truck, only to have the company they contracted, Centerville Towing, arrive promptly and efficiently. AAA's communication was poor, and their inability to provide timely assistance was unacceptable. Centerville Towing saved the day, but AAA failed to deliver on their promises.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This program simply makes money off of institutions and students whom are forced to pay the astronomical price for a slow, malfunctioning program. I’ve been on the phone with tech support multiple times a semester for upwards of 45 minutes just trying to submit work that is crashing or glitching. Cengage does not care nor do you receive a call back. The issue I have ultimately is the format and sites not upholding their abilities to deliver for educational purposes. If students are taking tests for higher education this should NOT malfunction and it is absolutely irresponsible of the company to allow this to happen over and over and simply just give you a case number to wait on the phone.
