I’m sitting here in my car going on my third hour waiting for service to come out and help me with a flat tire issue. This is the second call within 6 months that I have waited for an extended amount of time for a driver. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional to make customers wait so long, and not once, but twice. Why does the automated system tell you that a driver will be there at a certain time, then it comes back and tells you it will be over an hour more to wait? This is just not cool. Can you have a manager or supervisor reach back to me asap! Please DO NOT USE AAA Roadside assistance
