The last 5 times I have used roadside assistance I have had to wait from 5 hours to 48 hours! Their timeliness guides are lies. They lie every time you call for an update and they say if you are then your last priority but my husband stuck in the middle of nowhere with no ac because if a broke down truck is not safe. I've been with them for over 10 years and they have gone to crap. A company who doesn't care about the safety if their customers.
