I broke my arm and had to have surgery. Needless to say, my mind was preoccupied. While I was in the mitz of preparing for surgery my home internet was suspended. I forgot to pay my monthly bill. My apology. I received no notification reminder that payment was due. When I tried to check my AT&T email for messages using my mobile phone using my data I no longer had access to the emails. Yes, not only did I not have no internet, I also could not use their email platform.

Several times i tried to build my websites with wordpress, but that's way to complicated, jimdo is still the best for me, use it sinds the beginning when the founders themselves did the customer service. (is Powen still there?) Just not the 5th star because of the google adsense issue, there is now a TXT code file option but just for google verification, you still can't do the adsense TXT file thing. Prices are tripled since, but hey, that's also the case in the supermarked these day. Lot's of option and very easy to build, i think i will stay another 10 years, thanks!

Downloaded a file they said included Sonic Studio 3 and Realtek audio and Soundblaster etc. After installation my settings were changed and lost permissions for files that werent even installed before and had no business being on my pc, also the files were not part of the download. Its like they installed a bunch of rubbish which I didnt need and the files they said were in the installation didnt even work. Have had to uninstall one by one but my security settings are greyed out and I dont have full permissions anymore. luckily no damage done to pc but basically messed up my pc. Will never use this site again.

I have ordered a laser pointer. When the parcel arrived I opened it together with the courier. On the package was written: charge battery before first use. So I couldn't test the laser Before accepting. Dispute that I accepted the parcel and charged the battery. Now the product doesn't work, and Flipkart don't give a refund.Waste of money!

The last 5 times I have used roadside assistance I have had to wait from 5 hours to 48 hours! Their timeliness guides are lies. They lie every time you call for an update and they say if you are then your last priority but my husband stuck in the middle of nowhere with no ac because if a broke down truck is not safe. I've been with them for over 10 years and they have gone to crap. A company who doesn't care about the safety if their customers.

The Telegraph emailed me to say their annual subscription will review next month at a massive increase to £269. I am in Thailand and do not want the high cost of a call to their helpline for them to try to persuade me to stay with them but the website cancellation process does not work and complaining to their ‘customer services’ doesn’t work either. This shines a very bad light on The Telegraph and needs fixing quickly. I notice that The Telegraph have not replied to any of these trustpilot reviews which speaks volumes about their lack of care for their customers.

The mobile app and the desktop browser app and Mac app are rubbish. Nothing ever works and it's been this way for a year. Songs don't play when you click on them and I keep everything updated. Total let down after 15 years of being a customer. The support is terrible too. If there was an easy way to leave I would.

No cancellation function on the website. You have to get in touch with customer support via phone or chat. Took me 32 minutes on the chat for the support team to cancel my subscription. The supporter/chat bot kept asking all kinds of questions even though I kept repeating I just wanted to cancel. Bogus.

Their auto-renewal billing gets charged a month prior to the renewal date, and you cannot cancel your subscription online. You can only remove the auto-renewal for the following year. From their site "Per the TOS, domain names cannot be canceled or refunded when purchased... We do not have any process for canceling a domain per se. Checked out their free trial, wrote them and cancelled before the free trial was up. But then they charged my credit card for the first instalment. I am waiting for the refund. Just an observation - if you could go for the free trial and then cancel it make sure you insist they do not charge your card. Might have been their slip up. All else was good with them.
