My vehicle broke down on the expressway at 10pm last night. I put in the service request immediately. The wait time was 12:51 am. I was able to leave the vehicle and was told they would call when they arrive. 1 am came. No phone call. I called and they told me they will reach out to another company. I woke up at 9am and saw that my car was still at the location. I called them and they said they’d reach out to another company. Done with AAA. They earned their 1 1/2 stars on here.
