They have gone downhill fast over the last couple of years. It is now full of fake news claiming celebrities have died or blatant lies about them, which a simple Google search proves the post is nothing but untrue. When you report the post as fake news, they send you back a standard response saying that the post has not broken any of their rules. They are a disgrace. They pay people to look into posts that are reported, but they do nothing. Wow, a job where you do nothing and get paid for doing nothing.

I've only used their free offerings for simple things like my logos. Of course, you're definitely limited in what you can use, but I'm simple, and I appreciate that there's anything free at all. The 3 stars comes from the fact that only 2 months after making my logo, I go back in to alter it and I cannot. Not only that, one of the elements I was using is now behind the paywall. SUPER frustrating, and frankly not cool.

A list of issues with AT&T over the last 3 months, on a business account, across phone and 3 different in-person stores for service:- Added a new line when I ordered a replacement for a lost tablet rather than activating on the existing line.- Incorrectly added permissions for an account admin that limited access, requiring 3 separate phone calls to resolve.- Wouldn't cancel the line that was added incorrectly initially, requirig multiple phone calls and a store visit to reverse despite it very obviously being an AT&T mistake.- When adding 6 new tablets, would not add them over the phone. The in-store associate added them to a higher cost data plan and added insurance without permission, resulting in $270/month in extra charges if it hadn't been caught within a couple days.- Completely unable to upgrade devices, change plans, or update devices via the web portal, necessitating long phone calls with unhelpful reps or in-store visits where the reps try to scam you. in all, I've probably wasted 6-8 hours of time on activities that I should have been able to accomplish in 30 minutes via the web portal AND they tried to scam us for additional data/insurance fees.

You renewed my subscription with a credit card I never gave you. I had a technical issue and chatted w/ your customer service. In both cases, you could care less about either of those issues. You are thieves. You committed credit card fraud. The unauthorized charge was for $141. You are criminals and deserve to go out of business!!

Just ordered the Lego Disney castle set as a Christmas present with a discount code, I was so excited. I then received my confirmation email followed by another one stating the orderer had been cancelled. I ordered again and the same issue. Turns out this is happening to everyone using the discount code and lego are not honouring the orders. I think this is terrible they are letting people put through an order at a discounted price then cancelling. Poor show from such a big company

This is big con business they take card payment and promise the goods will deliver in 2 months and they will keep on giving you the excuse there is a delay in production.They know after 6 months you can’t dispute your payment with card provider, so you lose your money. My vehicle broke down on the expressway at 10pm last night. I put in the service request immediately. The wait time was 12:51 am. I was able to leave the vehicle and was told they would call when they arrive. 1 am came. No phone call. I called and they told me they will reach out to another company. I woke up at 9am and saw that my car was still at the location. I called them and they said they’d reach out to another company. Done with AAA. They earned their 1 1/2 stars on here.

In this day and age when you are paying £200 a year for a credit card you expect it to be the metal gold card as they do in other countries. Yet the UK still has no metal Amex card. What is the problem? Why are you treating UK customers like cattle? You have metal cards elsewhere but not in the UK. It’s a premium service we are paying for and get budget service! Don’t join them. Pay for a different card.

Still waiting for my Bluehost Roundcube Webmail forwarding issue to be resolved. Images do not forward using inline forward. When I use the forward as attachment, it creates an .eml file, which used to work. I am not told that .eml files cannot be forwarded. Why is Roundcube creating a forward file option that cannot be forwarded? This was a huge waste of time on my end. I kept sending screenshots and assisted with testing. Still received no solution.

Worst return policy ever. Not only do we have to pay fees for returning products, but also extra fees for packaging even when the original package is being re-used. I will never buy anything from Wayfair ever again.Also, it’s always impossible to get the QR code or to print the return label online; their server is always down… !
