I called AAA to use one of my shots, the driver didn't read the notes before coming out and brought the wrong equipment. He said we would have to use another one of our shots to get helped. We called again and then complained to the customer service about the first driver and they gave us two shots back, surprisingly. However, Glenda Lopez, of customer relations didnt put the two shots back on our account when she said she would so when i lost my keys and it was 6 am i had to pay out of pocket to get a replacement. Also, we needed a tow before we received the two shots back and they have contracts with company's around that it will only cost $95 after you use your shots but the towing company charged us $175 instead, breaching their contract. We paid the money and filed for a reimbursement through AAA for both those services. They approved the reimbursements but when they cut the checks they didn't put tracking numbers on the checks and because I was waiting on $280 from them I got evicted and had to change the address they were sent to. Once they have to cut you a check for not doing THEIR job, they don't care. It's been 4 months and I haven't seen my reimbursements. I filed a complaint with the BBB and now they won't return my emails. Once that money isn't theirs anymore they don't care. And it was all because their workers didn't do THEIR job right the first time. It's handy to have SOMETIMES but if they mess up, they really don't give a hoot! I'm livid!
