Unprofessional and dismissive behavior from the front desk staff, including the manager on duty, who immediately insisted on a 'No Refund' policy—even though I had used the room for less than 30 minutes after check-in.

A service that plans to stop working despite protests from the users cannot be trusted. They deliberatelly lose income from Github only to stop the development of open source alternatives and make the profit in Microsoft. I wanted to add a couple days to my reservation and hotel had room but had to book through Agoda I put Nov instead of October and hotel let me know and I rebooked but Agoda only wanted to give me a partial refund, and that does not go to hotel. Can’t contact anyone they make sure of that.

A hotel booking was cancelled. On the Agoda website site, it says I was given a full refund but no money was received on my end. I tried to contact Agoda but there is no way to contact them. When you go to the chat box, they chat box says, chat is disabled. I am now going through my bank.

I called AAA to use one of my shots, the driver didn't read the notes before coming out and brought the wrong equipment. He said we would have to use another one of our shots to get helped. We called again and then complained to the customer service about the first driver and they gave us two shots back, surprisingly. However, Glenda Lopez, of customer relations didnt put the two shots back on our account when she said she would so when i lost my keys and it was 6 am i had to pay out of pocket to get a replacement. Also, we needed a tow before we received the two shots back and they have contracts with company's around that it will only cost $95 after you use your shots but the towing company charged us $175 instead, breaching their contract. We paid the money and filed for a reimbursement through AAA for both those services. They approved the reimbursements but when they cut the checks they didn't put tracking numbers on the checks and because I was waiting on $280 from them I got evicted and had to change the address they were sent to. Once they have to cut you a check for not doing THEIR job, they don't care. It's been 4 months and I haven't seen my reimbursements. I filed a complaint with the BBB and now they won't return my emails. Once that money isn't theirs anymore they don't care. And it was all because their workers didn't do THEIR job right the first time. It's handy to have SOMETIMES but if they mess up, they really don't give a hoot! I'm livid!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Spotify's handling of a refund. On February 11, 2025, Spotify agreed to refund me approximately £200 due to an issue where they incorrectly charged me for several months after I cancelled a service. It is now May 20th, and I am STILL waiting for this refund.I was initially told the refund would take "weeks." After several weeks passed, I contacted Spotify on April 12, 2025, and was informed that the refund was in its "final stages of processing." Since then, I have made multiple attempts to get a clear answer from Spotify about when I can expect to receive my money. The responses I have received have been consistently vague, unhelpful, and often ignored.This delay of over 3 months is unacceptable. Spotify has failed to meet its obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires refunds to be issued without undue delay. Their poor communication and lack of action have caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.I strongly advise caution when dealing with Spotify, particularly regarding refunds. Their customer service is inadequate, and they seem to have no regard for their customers' time or legal rights. I am now being forced to pursue other avenues to recover my money.
