I ordered two books but only received one. The books were from the same seller. The email from the seller indicated the two books were being shipped together and I was provided one tracking number. When only one book arrived, I asked for a refund for the other book. I was told to contact the seller through the request a refund button. I did but received no response from the seller. Then I contacted AbeBooks Customer Service (which is hard to find by the way---purposely [?]). They said they would take it up with seller and get back to me in two days. They never got back to me either. So I sent another communication to the seller and to AbeBooks Customer Service. And round and round we go. Still no refund for a book never received. Must be nice to take money for books and then never send them. What a business model. People do not want hassles in their life, and AbeBooks is nothing but a hassle in my life right now. If I want used books in the future, I'll be looking elsewhere.
