Scam & Fraud Continued

You may read my other detailed review for more information. I have been following up with A&F and their payment processing partner ESW since August 26 regarding the delivery of my orders which are sitting at the delivery office. Each company throws the responsibility on the other. I wrote to the customer service email and they either reply with irrelevant copy/paste messages or no reply at all. I spoke to customer services agents via their web-chat but they also don’t make any effort to provide you with accurate information. I have been told that they are aware of a problem but three weeks later I still haven’t received my order which is sitting at the delivery office at the request of A&F.
