I ordered a pair of tennis shoes on 21st september, which was suppose to arrive between October 10 and November 17. On November 17 they cancelled the order due to lack of availability. Pretty sure they would have known before 17th November that they couldn't deliver it on 17th November, and don't see how they couldn't have known well before that even.

McAffee antivirus protection came with my new Window's laptop. It flashes up on my screen, begging for money, to interrupt my focused thought and productivity while I'm writing a novel. I've literally lost the plot, my place, and what I'm about to say. Because of it, I will NEVER EVER pay a penny for this. I will jump through hoops and pay more to someone else first. Actually, I'll go WITHOUT virus protection first.F them and their arrogance. Who the heck thinks annoying people makes them want to pay you money? Are they high?

The CNN App now does not let you read ANY articles, unless you've paid for it monthly. Does not matter if it's a new month - I'm blocked period. Very frustrating. They are hurting themselves. I know the viewership is way down too

The new app is nothing but ads and nearly impossible to read. You can't zone in on news you want to read more of (local, specific topics etc) but are forced to read what they think you should. Used to be my go to for online news. Not anymore.

AAA is the worst car insurance I’ve ever had, I’ve had them now for about two years and only had to call for help twice the first time I waited about two hours the second time I waited over six ****** hours in the middle of the night so crazy how I pay for my insurance for the whole year for nothing literally the worst experience and the craziest part about it was every time I called dispatch to ask how much longer it would be they had the audacity to ask if I was in a safe place like ***** it’s 3 in the dam morning can you hurry tf up! Ridiculous I don’t know what else to say, and all the dispatchers can care less about the customer too.

ninos pizza Dumont N.J.,This was my first time trying. I must say the food was good. but the pricing was deceitful . I ,was charged $15.50 for a medium pie with peperoni, my total bill was $21. after pulling up their official web sight I see a medium pie was $13. and .50 per toping I paid with a debut card. and didnt look at the receipt until the next day. when I call i was told the pie was $15.50, im looking right at the web sight, further I was told of a $2.00 delivery fee also not told to me,and on their menu it states a fee for deliveries under $10. Plus i added a $3.00 tip fir the driver. so screw me once shame on you screw me twice shame on me, they will never get that opportunity.

Laziest group of non English speaking jerks. I'm 75 years old and my Drs. Office uses this service. They have left me with no ride or pulled 5 houses down. And I can't walk that far. Why is it so hard to pull in my damn driveway like Uber. Then I call the driver...." No English, no English is what I get.

If I could leave zero stars I would. There isn't a number to call and they don't help with issues over so called live chat. You tell them the issue they tell you how to fix you explain it isn't working and they just send the same message worst company ever

I have been following up with A&F and their payment processing partner ESW since August 26 regarding the delivery of my orders which are sitting at the delivery office. Each company throws the responsibility on the other. I wrote to the customer service email and they either reply with irrelevant copy/paste messages or no reply at all. I spoke to customer services agents via their web-chat but they also don’t make any effort to provide you with accurate information. I have been told that they are aware of a problem but three weeks later I still haven’t received my order which is sitting at the delivery office at the request of A&F.
