Ordered a top recently for £10 + £5 delivery and we received tracking from Royal Mail so presumably they'd got as far as printing a label. Unfortunately it never turned up (or even reached Royal Mail for that matter) and 6 days later we got an email saying the item had been "Returned", and an automatic refund of the £10 price onlyThey wouldn't confirm this but it seems like Abercrombie had stock issues with this item and instead of updating stock or simply cancelling the order with a full refund, they're wrongly marking them as returns and customers are not receiving the £5 postage refund - as it's treated as if I physically returned the item myself. I have given them the extra star as they were prompt at resolving this once I kicked off but it makes you wonder how many people (especially for more pricier orders) aren't chasing the £5 loss...
