Terrible experience!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience! 4 days, 6 calls to customer service and nothing! They canceled my order, no one knows why, they could only suggest that its because my shipping address is not the same as billing (WHAT??) and all they did is they tried to place my order again every time and when they redirected my case to resolution center, RC suggested to place a new order.. SERIOUSLY? Never ever I will buy anything from them..Ps: you should hear this kids on the phone when you call customer service. they have no idea what they do and how do to do anything.
