I have been using GoDaddy for over 10 years for both business and personal. I continue to come back because the customer service is FABULOUS!! Available anytime and everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been extremely patient and helpful. I always learn something new!

EA doesn't care about their customers…

EA doesn't care about their customers at all. My ultimate team account has been hacked and all valuable players and coins are gone. Then EA's great customer service tells me that I violated their terms. It's nice that a hacker can continue unabashedly while the customer is always paying. What a ridiculous company!!!

Cannot understand why the BBC has brought in someone like Sally Lindsay to replace Richard Osman.Yes I know she has a difficult act to follow but she has no charisma just sitting there reading direct from the laptop,good money I guess for that task if you can it and her manager clearly can.Once again another good programme ruined,not for me with Sally in the seat.

I really do hope this poor excuse for a newspaper goes out of business one day. This rag lives in a bubble of hypocrisy that only it's so-called "journalists" seem oblivious to. It's basically a Poundshop Guardian. It really is a load of sanctimonious $h!t with it's writers constantly lecturing us about morals and the evils of Conservatism while they were in bed with that corrupt human being, Robert Maxwell. Basically, a celebrity obsessed rag with a lot of "Labour - Good. Tory - Bad." propaganda thrown in. I also believe the Mirror was edited by Piers Morgan when he arranged for some photographs to be faked to show how cruel British soldiers were in Iraq. I believe the pictures were actually taken in Watford!!The fact that eternal Tory hater and full-time eyeroller Kevin Maguire is now the Associate Editor tells you all you need to know, and don't get me started on that hate-filled old Commie Paul Routeledge....It's so unashamedly Left-Wing, anti-Conservative and anti-Republican while promoting BLM and travellers ad nauseum, and doesn't allow free speech in it's comments section.

Shocking & disappointing experience

Shocking experience from start to finish. Placed an order on 26 Nov for a Christmas gift only for my partner to inform me he had found the item elsewhere for £30 less so had also ordered it. Tried to cancel the order within about 30 minutes of raising. Can't cancel it without going on Live Chat, Live Chat not manned out of hours. Was informed following day too late to cancel and I could 'easily return it'. Fast forward a week and the item still isn't dispatched, asked again if I could cancel to be told no. They would rather waste time and money delivering something knowing I'm going to send it straight back. Item arrived about 10-12 days after ordering and their 'easy return' policy requires you to hop back on Live Chat just to request they send you a returns label. Why you can't do this through your online account baffles me! They confirmed it arrived on 13 Dec but it takes 4 WEEKS to issue a refund! For what?? Even allowing for a quality check this is ridiculous! I literally opened the box to check the contents were correct, taped it back up and fixed their returns label to it. Even without the £30 saving on the Lego set I would never order direct from them again. Their customer service is shocking, given the size of the company I expected a much more efficient service. Website needs majorly overhauling and processes streamlining. For the prices they charge they fall far short of what they should be delivering and sincerely hope they aren't chasing any kind of environmentally friendly awards!

Fare was shown to be 46 dollar

Fare was shown to be 46 dollar, when got receipt it was 77 dollar, lyft has no one to tell or even way to text. You can deputes but can't give reason. I have used quite a bit with no problem. Bit this 30 dollar over charge not cool.

Terrible experience! 4 days, 6 calls to customer service and nothing! They canceled my order, no one knows why, they could only suggest that its because my shipping address is not the same as billing (WHAT??) and all they did is they tried to place my order again every time and when they redirected my case to resolution center, RC suggested to place a new order.. SERIOUSLY? Never ever I will buy anything from them..Ps: you should hear this kids on the phone when you call customer service. they have no idea what they do and how do to do anything.

Themes are not flexible

Maybe it's my sub-optimal technical background in web development, but I do not find the themes provided to be flexible enough to generate the output I was looking for. For example: I cannot control the alignment of the header or tagline; sentences get wrapped result in a word truncating.

Urban Outfitters=Colorblind and Insulting to Customers

Urban Outfitters…wow…my daughter’s high school graduation is quickly approaching. Need a white dress to go under the white cap and gown. Ordered the Lavender Fields Lace Babydoll dress in WHITE—other color choice is purple…guess which one was delivered?….the purple one. But—she likes it so we kept it, called UO and they offered free shipping and an apology for the next order of the same dress, but in white. It just arrived…guess what color it is?? PURPLE…again! When I called to see how to resolve, all the work and effort would be on my end—print out the label and take to the post office where I’d have to pay for packaging…oh and stand in line to wait to correct UO’s mistake for the second time. Seriously? So the gal offered me a 10% coupon—really? Asked to speak to a manager who told me the item is no longer available—and a 20% coupon—seriously? I went online and the dress is still available, in white, in her size. Ok UO…thanks but no thanks. Don’t insult my intelligence, at least I can tell white from purple.
