I absolutely love the clothes that they sell which is why I keep ordering from them. There are no stores anywhere near me and so ordering online is the only way I can purchase clothes from here. Unfortunately nearly every online shopping experience I have had with them is terrible! The clothes never show up when they are supposed to and when you ring customer services about this they can't give you a straight answer about when it will arrive. The final straw is when I paid £10 for next day delivery because I really want an outfit for an important event I was attending, and the clothes didn't show up for 5 days, despite contacting them numerous times about this, with no explanation. Sadly think I will have to stop shopping with them.
