I can’t cancel subscription. There is nothing to click on to cancel on the website, link takes me to my account with no option to cancel. Chat doesn’t work, no email address and foreign phone number. I’ve been charged for something I don’t need for months. The way chegg makes their money is called stealing!!!!! Your service is rubbish!!!!

Bad online service. I have bought a drawer online and I have not received it. Called customer service, they said that it is delivered and they are not responsible for the package anymore! Not customer friendly and we as customers (online shopping) should be responsible for our own package, which mean that if we have not received the package and the company that delivered the package stated that it is delivered, we as customer could not get a refund! And they said that this is their new policy! Do not shop online at target, since we as customer should be responsible for our package in their policy!
Review of Stack Overflow
Ok for finding an answer sometimes. But for goodness sake don't dare ask anything about coding. I just asked for some advice about a coding issue i had and oh lordy lord i may as well have called the community a bunch of James Hunts. The culture on here is toxic, nobody is interested in providing advice or guidance because i was told that i shouldn't be using Stack Overflow as a personal help desk. WTAF is the point of your actual existance if people have a code issue and they cannot ask a question without being berated or made to feel inferior. I feel its full of people who are more focussed on their own self importance and belittling others than actual being of any value in helping people learning to code or with a code issue. There are plenty of other places that will offer you actual help and guidance avoid this array of morons and choose somewhere else.
Review of economist
Written well, assumes reader is not simply a "consumer" to be tricked into buying or clicking. Displays transparency without constantly saying so. Refers to historical articles or position statements taken by the newspaper, adding to the meaning in a current article, and showing a kind of intellectual courage. Does in fact take positions, and make recommendations, something other news-creators won't do, who seem to hide behind a so-called journalistic creed of non-bias. This non-bias conveniently requires no intellectual rigor, nor courage. Another way it shows a real effort at understanding events is by being international. I simply cannot read U.S. papers anymore. Not only because they repeat over and over the same U.S. stories, with very little insight, but because they present news of any other area as definitely separate. Far from presenting the world through an imperial England-centric perspective, the Ecomomist presents an antidote to the uninformed, uninformed, unsophisticated U.S. perspective. I am very thankful I can choose between two versions of the paper, U.S. or U.K. I always choose U.K. My father in English, and I have him to thank for holding newspapers and other news-producers to a higher standard than simply looking for confirmation of already-held views. I am not of the opinion that the Washington Post (my local paper), nor the NY Times display "quality reporting" by virtue of the length of some of their articles. I certainly don't watch CNN, so I can be "informed" with "up-to-the-minute reporting". Actually I think I end up with less understanding, the more updates I see. I have been a professional librarian since 1998, having graduated from UNC Chapel Hill library science school then, and before that as a so-called "para-professional" before that. One thing a library can offer someone is cataloging not full of false "metadata" to get someone to click on a link, and no false duplicates in the catalog. Another is the curated collection. And of course librarians aren't trying to persuade or sell. The Economist likewise offers reliable, credible, not simply catholic but also comprehensive writing. It's the only newspaper I've ever shown to my son, who is now 16. When he asks me something about politics, or social issues, or Facebook, I browse through issues of the Economist first. I am not at all wealthy, nor even middle-class, but I usually find a way each year to renew my subscription. I appreciate very much the audio versions, and being able to have both the paper and electronic versions.

Got a $100 gift card from my brother for my birthday. Had 2 items in my cart with a total of $88 and some change. Tried to input the code, nothing happened, tried once more, said card was revoked! No warning, saying this item is ineligible or card number is invalid, etc. looked up the rules and regulations. Went to my account/payments…the gift card is there but $0! Contacted customer service. Waited for 10 minutes, finally someone appeared for a minute, then disappeared due to technical difficulty. (Probably got scared of my typing so I don’t get disconnected). Another, then another. I went through about 8 people. The only answer I received was that the card can’t be redeemed. I know that part already, I’d like the answer to the WHY??? Multiple people reviewing and “looking up” the card information. Having me upload a photo of the card, still no answer! Down below is the actual chat, but only the end of it with the last “customer service representative”, Shubham…Shubham: I relayed your information to the team trained to handle this scenario. You should hear back from them in the next 24-48 hours.ls there anything else I can assist you with? Are you serious???Yes.No reason why the card is invalid?I have escalated the issue to know the reasonSo you guys don't see anything on your end other than what I see?It said revoked the 2nd time I tried the number, not the 1st time. Why can't I just get someone from that team? That team is not available on chatThey work on emailSo basically what you're saying is it'll be this whole chat again, but in email, taking longer & unresolvedI never said that .So which customer service department will I be contacted by?customer service team of Gift Card. Will anyone even contact me? That's a department? Why didn't anyone say so in the first place? Or are you just the smart one to make it up?I've screen shot this whole conversationTechnical difficulty...left chat...1 1/2 hours wasted for absolutely nothing. Has anyone had their issue resolved? I guess we’ll see in 24-48 hours. Thanks for nothing, Swikruti, Teresita, Aneeta, Rabiya, Nakul, Reddy and lastly, Shubham. I guess 7 reps, not 8

I absolutely love the clothes that they sell which is why I keep ordering from them. There are no stores anywhere near me and so ordering online is the only way I can purchase clothes from here. Unfortunately nearly every online shopping experience I have had with them is terrible! The clothes never show up when they are supposed to and when you ring customer services about this they can't give you a straight answer about when it will arrive. The final straw is when I paid £10 for next day delivery because I really want an outfit for an important event I was attending, and the clothes didn't show up for 5 days, despite contacting them numerous times about this, with no explanation. Sadly think I will have to stop shopping with them.

extremely frustrating to have to deal with inexperienced staff members at CDC. I am a Private Member and supposedly receive priority support, but don't be fooled, it takes days to manage an error that they caused. they somehow objectively feel that a joint bank account between myself and my wife does not mean that the account belongs to me, and as such, an e-transfer that originated from that joint account can not be accepted by them, and must be returned, and it takes 5 days after they have received the fund to initiate a return. What BS is that? if I can write a cheque from that account and initiate an e-transfer, any 3rd grader would know then I would have ownership of the account. watch out, they would hold your funds hostage and can make up a story without verifying or initiating any communications with their client (even a Private member), this is still a mom-and-pop shop, don't trust them with any significant amount of investment.
