This is a scam. I was made to believe I was signing up for a monthly subscription of $14. To my horror, this company snatched $170 from my account. Getting back the money is proving a nightmare even when I have canceled my subscription. I am a student and I don't have a lot of money, can you please refund immediately? If I don't get my money by end of February 10, 2023, I will report you to the FBI and the state of New York as internet scammers. I will also ask my political representatives to look into your business practices so you don't swindle someone else.
