I have had many difficulties with ActiveCampaign. First of all, it took them two weeks to solve the issue of my account login. Then to solve the problem with the emails not going out, I contacted 3 different customer service people at ActiveCampaign. They always asked me the same questions and gave me no solution other than to watch a video. I decided to pay a fee to a person who knows the platform to solve the problem. He fixed it in minutes and told me that the ActiveCampaign people were able to fix it or guide me through it. I would like to point out that a Spanish speaking lady that I contacted on the Strabaganza event webcast was the most diligent and professional, directing my problem to a Spanish speaking person. Of course, the solution to the problem had to be paid for by me and I had to pay for the services of a person who does not work for ActiveCampaign. I was surprised with the service, but unfortunately it is the tool that was recommended to me by my real estate funnel platform provider. I hope not to have any more difficulties in the future, the communications with the ActiveCampaign team are very tiring and do not provide solutions.
