I bought my Martin guitar online. I received the guitar, which I am extremely happy with ; however, it was missing the rear strap button. I immediately contacted the online store and was told that the guitar is shipped without the rear strap button being installed (stupid). I was told that it should be in the box. I checked the packaging and it wasn’t in there. I was told to visit the store to have the issue resolved. My wife and I were at the store for an hour while the store clerk walked back and forward to speak with the manager. He was gone so long he forgot what we looked like. In the end they do not have the chrome button. I had to have the black style shipped to me. Utter waste of time. Why couldn’t this be resolved online.

How is this company operating without being investigated by the appropriate authorities. They are scammers who gladly take your money but don’t like refunding your money. If you phone their customer support you get put to AI agent. DONT EVER EVEN CONSIDER BOOKING A HOTEL THROUGH THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.

Expensive and bad consumer service. They don't give a damn if you don't receive your purchase, the only thing they do is refund the money DAYS AFTER the date you were supposed to receive the purchase, and leave you to deal with the loss and the wasted time trying to buy with them.

The basic, price of entry, and functionality that this Typeform lacks is shocking. Imagine you create one long Typeform and you want to copy a long part of that Typeform into another one... You'd imagine it's a simple drag and drop of the pages you want to copy right?No. It just can't be done - but a support agent will tell you that they'll mention it to the product team...yeah.For some reason they suggest duplicating the Typeforms but that doesn't resolve the problem...The reasons to not renew just keep adding up.

Had a whole day 4Wheel Drive Bus tour dated 5 March 2021 through Frazer Explorer Tours guided by Wayne . He did exemplary performance to all the destinations assigned to him. He knows his assigned task very well. He deserve a commendation for the job well done and he is a valuable asset to Frazer Explorer Tours. It’s an awesome journey, one of the best experience I had . Did the airplane explorer too , Troy the pilot ,he is also commendable on his job assigned. I don’t hesitate to recommend this company to my friends, family and work colleagues

The website is very slow, keeps asking the same questions every year (Date of birth, social, race, gender). That does not change year after year!!! And if you want to edit something you have to go back and answer the same 500 questions again!It is the worst site a multi billion dollar investment has ever created.No wonder people are upset.
