Chrismas return refused

Ordered trainers as a Christmas prez on 25th November, they did not fit and tried to return but, unlike most online retailers, they said the 30 day restriction on their system prevented them for putting a refund through, if you shop instore it is 60 day at any time of year.#Addidas#poor customer service
