The company offices an unlimited cell services so I had this issue with Metro PCS and they corrected it because I would run out of data for my time was up on my monthly plan I said with your offering unlimited why they need to upgrade my planning from running out of data and they changed it well I'm with AT&T now and I have unlimited but after I pay my bill two weeks into the plan they send me a text and says I'm almost capped at my data but if it's Unlimited I should be capped at all so I have to go make an additional payment to free up more data why do I have to feel more data if it's Unlimited when you try to call them it's hard to get through to them they're trying to capture your line and send you through all these queries and options so you can't even talk to representative they're misleading the public some misrepresentation and I call it fraud and file a complaint with the FCC and the internal General because unlimited it means there's no ceiling on the amount of data you can use but AT&T is manipulating as consumers and this has to stop
Review of animoto
This is a great service if you need to crank out quick videos for social media posts and the like. Sure, it's no replacement for a real video editing program such as iMovie for Final Cut Pro, but if you have to make videos for Instagram, Facebook, or other social media profiles--especially with non-landscape aspect ratios--Animoto can't be beat.

I signed up for the Amazon Prime trial, which included free shipping. Before placing my order, I contacted customer service as the shipping costs hadn't been removed. The customer service representative was unable to say what the issue was, but encouraged me to place my order and get in touch to have shipping removed after shipping. After shipping, a got in touch with customer service, and they told me they understood my concern, but told me I needed to wait until the order had been delivered. After delivery I got in touch again, and then I was told that there was nothing they could do as they were unable to refund the shipping costs. I had to talk to several representatives, but without getting the issue resolved. I After spending hours trying to resolve the situation I gave up. I have been a customer for about 20 years, but after this experience I will never use Amazon.co.uk again to order.

Ordered trainers as a Christmas prez on 25th November, they did not fit and tried to return but, unlike most online retailers, they said the 30 day restriction on their system prevented them for putting a refund through, if you shop instore it is 60 day at any time of year.#Addidas#poor customer service

Google Workspace starts off like a dream—it promises seamless tools, sleek integration, and the power of Google behind your business. But once you’re past the honeymoon phase, it becomes a frustrating maze of disconnected products, confusing admin panels, and impossible account recovery processes.I bought my domain through Google Domains (great!). Then Google sold it to Squarespace without my input (not great). I lost access to DNS because I deleted the original admin account—and there’s no easy way to recover or edit that without jumping through flaming hoops.Google Sites is painfully basic. Workspace billing is clunky. Support can’t help with domains anymore. And even though Workspace shows my domain as “verified,” I still can’t edit the DNS to point my email elsewhere.TL;DR: Too many moving parts, too little transparency, and zero user empathy. If you're a solo founder or just want to run your email and website cleanly, I'd skip Workspace and use a combo like:Zoho or Namecheap for emailSquarespace or Notion for your siteA proper domain host with real supportGoogle Workspace could be amazing—but right now, it feels like a tangled legacy system pretending to be startup-friendly.

Written for an intelligent, sensible audience, the ET provides a clear, unobstructed view of issues. Their information is designed for those who keep their heads above the clouds of the mass-hysteria that has become most publications or so-called news sources. Highly recommend.
Review of Spotify
Abusive ads, abusive community service, abusive algorithm. Just abusive in general. I once called them because I had to cancel premium due to financial reasons. I was trying to inform them that the ONLY ad I was getting was for spotify premium. I would get 10-15 minutes of premium ads, then 1 song, then the cycle would repeat. Their response to this was "Maybe you should just pay for premium."You have issues with their recommendations? Music has a dislike, or not interested button. Podcasts? They refuse to add one at all so they can promote the podcasts their algorithm thinks you might like. The problem with this is that their algorithm completely ignores your interests and focuses on your assumed demographic. The most insulting thing is that the majority of their customer service is now a Community Forum. They expect their customers to solve their companies problems. Do these Customers get anything in return? Nope. Doubtful. Why pay them when the customers are simply trying to do the right thing and help other customers? Why take that away from them? You essentially have to pay them for anything and anything even remotely related to their site. They make a playlist for you, and you want to listen to it in the order they present to you? That's too bad, cause if you want it to not be randomized you have to pay them. Skip songs? Pay them. Their only response to any of these things is "Hey. Give us Money" and they STILL won't resolve these things! They've also told me to go to the community forum to vote on topics, but even though I created an account there it wont let me sign it. It will tell me that my username is taken, but that the account doesn't exist. I even pointed out that it was the username I was using, and even though I already had a community account, they would tell me to create a community account. They are just...bad, and I'm honestly tired of getting far right podcast recommendations that I've never even feigned interest in. They aren't even close to the podcasts I actually listen to, but whenever I ask for a not interested button, or for them to stop promoting that stuff to me they say they can't do either of those things. Just a bad company.

The system works. It inspires consistency, yet is very flexible if you need to change teacher, schedules, augment or reduce the amount of classes/month. The classroom and chat work perfect. Scheduling classes is easy and it synchs with my Google calendar. I get notifications one day prior so I never miss a class. Etc. I have only good experiences. And when I've had issues or queries, the customer service has been respectful, fast to reply and efficient. Very satisfied with the service.

As a NT life member for almost 50 years I have watched with sadness the descent of the NT into corporate downfall. They have done some good work, for example in the Studley estate, but recently they all have frequently abandoned their founding principles in favour of a ‘business’ model to make more money and pay for more ‘management’. Gone are the days of individual cafes and shops stocked with local produce – think Mrs Jennings at Wallington. Now, if you’re lucky to find them open because of self inflicted staff shortages, the poor quality stock comes from a hopeless and inefficient central purchasing department. Presentations are PC and dumbed down to the lowest denominator. Those volunteers who haven’t left appear demoralised by management edicts e g to have interminable meetings re job descriptions etc. while expertise garnered over decades in gardens and building conservation have been forced out in favour of money oriented ‘managers’.HHA properties are much better managed by their owners/ trusts than those of the centrally ‘directed’ NT as are those of English Heritage/Historic Scotland As member I feel powerless to reverse the trend against the steam roller of the current ‘management’ who must surely have been appointed because of their record of failures? Of the magazines we get:- NT, NTS, Historic Scotland, HHA, JM Trust etc the NT magazine stands out as the least interesting or relevant. When I joined, our wills left significant amounts to the NT but we have changed this to organisations such as Friends of the Lakes, JM Trust etc that have (so far) not been taken over by ‘woke’ corporate (mis)management. I’m pretty sure that if Mrs Heelis were alive today she wouldn’t be entrusting much of the Lakes to the current NT ‘management’

I sent an e mail complaint to the National Trust on the 26 July 2023 following a visit to Wimpole Hall , Cambridgeshire. We were charged full price but upon going to view the house , was told the entire downstairs was shut . We should have been informed of that before our money was taken , not afterwards. Certainly misrepresentation and feeling somewhat ‘ripped off ‘ . Parts of the gardens were also shabby . I received an automated response to my complaint saying my number is CASE-00313154 and I will receive a response shortly . After waiting 6 weeks nothing . Tried calling , can’t get through just hanging on and on . No wonder there are so many negative reviews about NT on this site ( nearly 80% ) ; has anyone at NT actually noticed this ? I would like a proper response to my complaint but don’t hold out much hope . How the NT expect loyal and regular visitors to their properties when they don’t treat patrons with any degree of respect , is beyond me . After this experience we will visit private homes , not NT , they don’t deserve our time and money.

The Poor service that I have experienced with Google Merchant Center is frustrating. I'm not sure if there are any human beings working in that department because for almost 7 months, I have been trying to get in touch with the team, but I receive no proper answers—just the same story again and again. I have also requested several times for someone to call me back or provide me with an exact explanation of the issue, but I keep receiving copy-paste emails. I would never recommend my customers to sell their products via Google due to this experience.
