The worst refund policy ever. They’ve had my return since Nov 28th. Need 3-5 days to verify condition. Refund should have been initiated on Dec 8th. I call to verify and it still hasn’t been done. Call again on Dec 22nd to ask where is my refund. Supervisor initiates refund. Told it can take 7-14 days depending on my financial institution. Call my bank they say this is BS and it is on Adidas holding funds. To anyone thinking about ordering from them online and returning DON’T. They’ve held my $1,576 hostage for over a month with no help from customer service. Trash! Going down the chargeback route now since I have tracking and refund confirmation.
