I've tryed with others app like this, and at the moment I'd say that this is the best one. Obviously, there's always something to improve, for instace, to be able to use png pictures and more themes to those who pays at least.

Following purchase of a product on the Amazon platform,which were found to be faulty, I followed the process to return, printing a label and having to pay postage. Only to receive the package back days later as the addressee refused to accept it. On taking this up on a live chat the agent agreed for Amazon to refund and dispose of the goods. Now they have informed me this decision has been resinded.....Where are consumer rights and Amazon operating the law of the jungle?

The worst refund policy ever. They’ve had my return since Nov 28th. Need 3-5 days to verify condition. Refund should have been initiated on Dec 8th. I call to verify and it still hasn’t been done. Call again on Dec 22nd to ask where is my refund. Supervisor initiates refund. Told it can take 7-14 days depending on my financial institution. Call my bank they say this is BS and it is on Adidas holding funds. To anyone thinking about ordering from them online and returning DON’T. They’ve held my $1,576 hostage for over a month with no help from customer service. Trash! Going down the chargeback route now since I have tracking and refund confirmation.

Don't take out a subscription. McAfee will follow you to your grave. About 8 years ago we made the mistake of buying one 12 months virus protection. We weren't impressed with the product and cancelled. Despite not renewing the subscription AND cancelling it several times they are still charging even though they can't actually locate an account in either of our names. We've cancelled our Visa cards and still the unauthorised charges continue.

This is my worst experience of antivirus app: Before I purchased a subscription for McAfee Total Protection this morning (Philippine Time), I went to McAfee website to create my account. I did it successfully without any hiccup and I even explored the contents of my newly-created account before logging out. A few minutes thereafter, I bought a subscription using my credit card and the Order Confirmation #CS3004535 _ _ _ was sent to my Gmail account. I then installed the product on my Windows 10 device.However, when I tried to repeatedly log in to my account an "error" message keeps popping out (I'm certain of my log in password because I'm using Dashlane Password Manager). I did all kinds of troubleshooting and tweaking I can think of since this morning but to no avail. To add fuel to fire, the antivirus app and/or its VPN is blocking my downloads on my three favorite torrenting sites. I have used several antivirus and VPN apps before but this is the first time that my movie torrents were being blocked (No option to exclude apps/sites). I can't contact support for a refund or assistance because I'm locked out of my account. The links for support outside my account all leads to a dead end or "error" message and the like.Now, I'm beginning to feel that I have been scammed and left for dead.

This Company is just fantastic. I have bought many different items from them at different times, all of which have arrived in perfect condition, exactly as advertised. The only issue I may have is the shipping cost, but that's not Thomand's fault. Definitely would recommend this business.

My husband and I have been using the digital app since 2021. Recently I discovered that there had been an error in my subscription. Telegraph team investigated this for us very rapidly and have resolved my complaint to our complete satisfaction, crediting our account with a refund as soon as a decision had been made. Freddie and Declan Hayes particularly helpful.
