I'd give zero star to the service.

Do we have zero star to rate this poor quality of service? I mad an order on Nov 15, fully paid with my card. Nothing was returned to me. So, i called customer care 3 days later which I was informed my order has been cancelled but due to techical issue, the order was suspended. So, I waited and followed up via facebook chat. But nothing returned me again. 19 days passed, there's a mail sent me informing about the issue. But I want my money back!
