The BBC is a Tax payer funded, left wing slanted propaganda machine. Its completely unrepresentative of the people it supposedly serves and instead pursues a globalist, divisive, scare mongering agenda. It selects the 'facts' it wishes to project on the population in order to 'correct' peoples beliefs and values. The BBC has become an international embarrassment and should either be completely restructured, privatised or scrapped.

Do we have zero star to rate this poor quality of service? I mad an order on Nov 15, fully paid with my card. Nothing was returned to me. So, i called customer care 3 days later which I was informed my order has been cancelled but due to techical issue, the order was suspended. So, I waited and followed up via facebook chat. But nothing returned me again. 19 days passed, there's a mail sent me informing about the issue. But I want my money back!

So, I bought the $1600 S23 Ultra. Brand new out of my very own Samsung account, came home the day of purchase so excited, registered my phone that very same day. 6 months later my phone is still not registered to my account. I can find my phone, etc, but my phone insurance, nope not listed at all! So I heard this is they way they are trying to get out of the year warranty. I have called, I have chatted and emailed. All with promises that within so many hours it would be a registered device. So my last resort was to go to the Samsung Community Forum and post my issue. It has been repeatedly deleted by the moderator claiming it is a duplicate post. I was so confused as I did not post my issue twice. No, someone else also has the same issue as me so I can't post my issue cause that is "confusing" to the community. LOL, meaning they don't want their community to know that so many people have the same issues. I was begging for a real resolution. Nope, delete and now I can't even comment on the "original" post. I gave them 2 stars cause I do love my phone and have no issues with it except the fingerprint not working under a screen protector. So disappointed and have been an android girl my whole life but this, this is ridiculous.

1My free account was OK but for some reason autosave loses my last draft after a few hours--very difficult to retrieve. I have a paid account with my business website that is not now connected with the website, maybe due to Hostgator, at least unclear instructions) my SEO editors and I cannot add or retrieve posts that are supposedly attached to my business website.. Neither Hostgator or Mojo has been willing to help me with this, and it has stymied=ed my SEO engineers.
