Extremely frustrated with Adidas' customer service. Ongoing refund issue for over a month now. Overcharged by $80 and no resolution yet. Customer service rep refused to provide name or refund timeline, ended call abruptly. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Worst company experience so far.
