Extremely frustrated with Adidas' customer service. Ongoing refund issue for over a month now. Overcharged by $80 and no resolution yet. Customer service rep refused to provide name or refund timeline, ended call abruptly. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Worst company experience so far.

No heating for 4 days. Two days ago I contacted nest they sent me out the wrong replacement item yesterday. All was going well on chat with romona until she found out I was travelling and suddenly she can't do anything without customer being by the device. 2 days ago an agent got access to my device to see the problem but now romona can't. So broken hardware after just over one year. Poor customer service and a husband and din sitting in a freezing house.[Action Required] Your Google Support Inquiry: [Cases Id 0-9951000031958]. Avoid at all costs Google nest. Not good at all.

Chegg is useful to find answers and to understand how to work problems. However, some of the answers (for chemistry problems) used calculus to solve the problem and not all students have taken calculus. Also, some answers are not showing steps as to how the answer was derived. Some handwritten answers are not legible. I have also found incorrect answers or different answers for the same question.

Then, on top of that I paid, utilized the platform and downloaded the results to have them not work, Typeform not respond to my need of help and there's zero evidence of the results from the surveys!!!!!

They are more interested in just showing how smart they are, more so than helping novices like myself. @jmcilhinney in one or the worst I have ever come across, he needs to have a reality check on what decent people are like, instead of trying to show his supposed intellect, avoid like the plague.I have trained dozens of apprentices over my 44 years as a tradesmen, and do don't ridicule them, treat them as fools etc a valuable lesson can be learnt. These people nerd to realise that people like me, fix the things that these "Experts", (and I use that term very loosely) use daily that THEY are incapable of fixing

I had a very disappointing experience with Alibaba. Based on my experience, I would advise against doing business for more than $100 on the platform, as the risk of loss becomes significant. If a seller fails to deliver or backs out of the deal, Alibaba does not provide sufficient assurance or effective support, despite the Trade Assurance policy.

USER BEWARE!!!! I etransferred $1350CAD 11 days ago and I still have yet to see the funds in my account. Support is practically non-existent. The only communication I ever received is an email from Kara apologizing for their slow response. Had she spent the time to look into my concern, rather than writing a BSHIT apology may I would have my concern addressed already! USER BEWARE!!!!!

Very 'sometimey'. Sometimes things arrive as described, but other times they work with sellers who describe their books as very good and they arrive barely as fair ( Owl Books and Short Blond ). Fighting with them now over non-delivered and poor conditioned books.Not too happy.
