Worst customer support ever!!!Every time again I’m surprised by how bad their customer support actually is and every time it’s getting worse. I’ve been in the the chat with them for days now without any satisfying solution offered. Worst of all, pretty much every two hours a new agent enters the chat asking for my patience while he or she checks the provided information, only to come back to me with something absolutely useless as none of them every takes the time to read what’s been exchanged so far in the chat.On top of that it seems like Agoda is treating their customers differently, offering different amounts of compensations or solutions and doesn’t show any sign of value towards their longterm loyal customers.And I shouldn’t forget the fact that if you travel with someone else, make sure both of you check the prices with your profiles as it is absolutely random who will have the cheaper price offered. Agoda is just so incredibly frustrating and I just hope competitors step up their game in offering better pricing so I can finally switch for good. Not surprised but their rating on here at all
