Brought my Jackson SL2 to the West Des Moines Guitar Center for store credit on an Ibanez RG550. Talked to Becca she was very helpful and pleasant to work with. They had to ship the guitar since it was not in stock. Walked into the store Monday 11am and had the guitar on my home doorstep 3:30pm the next day. Great service and guitar thanks!

Complaint: After seeing almost every other company offering plans for what i consider the same level of service for substantially less per month, i reached out to AT&T to see if there was anyway to lower my bill. I figured that with over 20 years of being a loyal customer they would be able to do something, however to my surprise they weren't willing to do anything so i cancelled my service and transferred to Verizon for over 100 dollars less per month. Upon transferring my service i made sure to pay my balance to $0 while i was in store to ensure i was paying whatever the current balances due were paid. Now, i get a call 2 months later saying i still owe almost $300, which is impossible because you can't cancel service AND i also transferred my 2 phone numbers to the new carrier. After speaking with a support manager Alex he kept telling me it was for a past due balance and didn't care to look at the facts (it's not possible to transfer a line or service altogether especially to a competitor if there is a balance due). Alex tried to say that the final payment was reversed to which i told him no it wasn't and would provide my bank statement as proof...then he said "i'm sorry sir that must be a lie." He didn't request for me to send it to AT&T to clear up the discrepancy, no, after 20 years with the company I'm now a liar because I won't let them extort me for another $300 dollars. If i hadn't transferred to a new provider i bet that bill wouldn't have mysteriously appeared. I'll also be filing a complaint with the attorney general as well as posting this exact review on every social media channel i can because this is a horrible company that everyone should stay away from!After being a customer of AT&T for over 20 years there is nothing good to say regarding this company. AT&T could care less about their customers and have made that blatantly clear to me.

Worst customer support ever!!!Every time again I’m surprised by how bad their customer support actually is and every time it’s getting worse. I’ve been in the the chat with them for days now without any satisfying solution offered. Worst of all, pretty much every two hours a new agent enters the chat asking for my patience while he or she checks the provided information, only to come back to me with something absolutely useless as none of them every takes the time to read what’s been exchanged so far in the chat.On top of that it seems like Agoda is treating their customers differently, offering different amounts of compensations or solutions and doesn’t show any sign of value towards their longterm loyal customers.And I shouldn’t forget the fact that if you travel with someone else, make sure both of you check the prices with your profiles as it is absolutely random who will have the cheaper price offered. Agoda is just so incredibly frustrating and I just hope competitors step up their game in offering better pricing so I can finally switch for good. Not surprised but their rating on here at all

I took car in for power steering repair and brakes.....they fixed brakes but not power steering saying they needed to order parts..Friday...I was told I could being it back Monday...I did and was told it was be ready Wednesday...I said great needed car for holiday travel..now it won't be worked on untill Friday!...Terrible..told one thing and not honored...so there goes my holiday plans

To register the warranty I was given a phone number I called them and they gave me a reference number over the phone and said it’s covered and when tv screen had problem I called them and they saying it’s not registered that’s cheating

We love the National Trust. Take my grandchildren to Hinton Ampner and Mottisfont regularly and they love the trails and the various activities and we love the grounds and the houses. We find the annual fees very reasonable compared to many annual fees, as we use the tickets on holidays to visit other places too. Sad to see so many negative views here as not my experience at all - even when shopping online (although mostly we visit).

My husband had an account, after he passed away, I had to work for several months to finally get $80.00USDI finally had to get my lawyer involved, I would have understood the difficulty had the dollar amount been in excess of $1,000 USD but, $80, really.It should be noted that I had no idea how much money was in the account as it had been locked up by CoinBase when I first tried closing it in 2023, the year he passed away.

I have been an Amazon customer for years and prior to Covid had reasonably good service but now it’s honestly like they don’t give a s**t! Packages whether I am in or not are left on doorstep within view of passers by and my safe delivery instruction which is a neighbour is never used any more. Age sensitive item which my partners zero alcohol bill is listed as apparently can’t be delivered to a neighbour but on a couple of occasions they’ve been happy to leave it on a wrong address doorstep or again just in the open on my driveway. One time package was left at the side of front garden! Well I’ve had enough and what with increased prices it’s not worth the headache l! Goodbye and good riddance
