I believe this is a scam platform. I booked a hotel with breakfast included. I checked the app several times over the course of a month, and it clearly showed that breakfast was included. However, on the day of arrival, there was no mention of breakfast—neither in the app nor at the hotel.The online assistant initially confirmed that breakfast was included in my booking. But within 30 minutes, they changed their stance and insisted that breakfast was not included, asking me to provide proof. How can I provide proof if they changed the booking on their end?You should also be aware that Agoda doesn’t deal directly with hotels. Instead, they use other platforms like Expedia or Booking.com to make the reservation. As a result, communication with the hotel can be confusing and inconsistent.I strongly do not recommend using this platform.
