I believe this is a scam platform. I booked a hotel with breakfast included. I checked the app several times over the course of a month, and it clearly showed that breakfast was included. However, on the day of arrival, there was no mention of breakfast—neither in the app nor at the hotel.The online assistant initially confirmed that breakfast was included in my booking. But within 30 minutes, they changed their stance and insisted that breakfast was not included, asking me to provide proof. How can I provide proof if they changed the booking on their end?You should also be aware that Agoda doesn’t deal directly with hotels. Instead, they use other platforms like Expedia or Booking.com to make the reservation. As a result, communication with the hotel can be confusing and inconsistent.I strongly do not recommend using this platform.

This company is a fraud ! I did not know what this was ! Intel my bank told me they were trying to get 119.88 from my account! I never got this and my bank shut my card off because of fraud this place tried to rip me off ! Disgusting awful place! A scam ! They should have the police on them disgusting! I don’t know how they got my card but I NEVER SIGN UP FOR THIS DISGUSTING PLACE! I am SO GLAD MY bank protected me so they don’t get S$&t !

So you have to go in yourself and gather proof.you gather proof. nothing happens.Here is an example.A Discord server that hosts "Elin nsfw animations"Elin are little girls from a game called Tera online.they are known to act, look and sound like childrenso only pedophiles would use them in sex animations.I made a burner account after discord was useless and wasn't willing to look into the server for me.I Gathered over ""150"" one hundreds and fifty messages containing Elin nsfw videos and imageslike this"https:// discord. com /channels/xxxx/xxx/xxx"I reported it to discord and the Discord server is still upITS STILL UP!!!I have reported over 10 different discord serversI made accounts to seek out this content and report it only for discord to sit back and do NOTHING about it.the worst part is how someone can lock a suspected child porn server behind a paywall with subscribestar and discord won't do jack to investigate it because they only work with message links gathered from users in these serversyou are Disgusting Discord.There'll come a time when you and everyone involved with your team gets investigated for being so compliant with such content

Awful customer service, terrible website build. Waiting over a week for a simple request. Lazy, misinformed, ignorant staff - wait days for a reply which has nothing to do with your issue. Simple request to change one setting which the poor website build will not allow me to change. Staff are clueless. Charge you out the ar5e for doing pretty much nothing. They let fraud orders through - and if you don't have time to check every single order, you're getting chargebacks for dispatched orders. F you Shopify, you absolute helmets.
