Don"t use Agoda at any point. I booked & fully paid for a motel in Svolvaer, Norway. When i reached at Svolvaer,I realised that motel is located not in Svolvaer. It's about three and half hours drive from Svolvaer city centre. I try to contact Agoda customer support. But there customer support was not accepting my claim.Anyway i contacted the the motel staff directly and shared my worries. She was happy to refund the whole money with the consent of Agoda. Otherwise she will be charged. I paid 350AUD for couple of nights. Till now I don't have any updates or refund for me. I used this Agoda for the first time in my life& never going to use it anymore. Agoda is not even allowing the customer for a proper platform for lodging a complaints
