: Worst App for Hotel Booking – Extremely DisappointedI had a terrible experience using the Agoda app. After making a payment of ₹11,000, I received third-class service — in fact, it was worse than that.I contacted customer service multiple times through emails and phone calls, but my issue was never resolved. All I needed was a simple name change on the booking (the number of guests remained the same), but they made it unnecessarily complicated.Agoda claimed the hotel would charge extra for the name change. However, I had already spoken with the hotel directly, and they clearly told me there was no issue from their side. They simply asked me to reach out to Agoda to update the booking.Despite this, Agoda refused to help and did not stand by me as a customer. This shows their lack of support and poor customer care. I will never use this app again and strongly advise others to be cautious.
